The project ‘Innovative technology for the pooling of plywood with plywood for class Premium laminated wood floorings.’ is the development of the activities of the firm NELA-ONE Kornelia Kromoven by introducing a new technology for the combination of solid wood primers in a mix of film classes.The technology will allow the maximum use of plywood material, the extraction of combined plywood over 2.5 m in length, the stability comparable to plywood in one sheet, while significantly reducing (to about.5 % of the amount of waste generated.The project will be implemented in the period 01.08.2018-31.07.2019. the project aims to implement the technology innovation in the form of a new production method for the production of oak wood floor coverings in Premium classes and new products in the form of solid backings from plywood on the table in the form of new production methods.The technology will allow the production of significantly improved lamele (combined plywood) rootstocks, which will be cut from appropriate angles, fit and glued together with smaller pieces of plywood, which will create a substrate for sandwich floors of a quality similar to plywood in a single sheet, while significantly saving the amount of waste produced, contributing to savings and a positive economic effect for the company.Products obtained from use developed as a result of the design of the production technology will be able to provide a backing for long, layered boards with expected greater stability and durability (lifetime in indoor conditions) compared to the bases used by competition (such as not being laminated).The project is in line with the specific objectives of Action 3.2, sub-measure 3.2.2 and the OP IR programme. Przedmiotem projektu "Innowacyjna technologia łączenia podkładów ze sklejki na potrzeby drewnianych podłóg warstwowych klasy Premium." jest rozwój działalności firmy NELA-ONE Kornelia Krompiec przez wprowadzenie nowej technologii łączenia stabilnych podkładów pod lamele drewniane podłóg warstwowych klasy Premium z wykorzystaniem opadów ze sklejki. Technologia pozwalać będzie na maksymalne wykorzystanie materiału w postaci sklejki, uzyskiwanie pokładów ze sklejki łączonej o długości powyżej 2,5m, stabilności porównywalnej do sklejki z jednego arkusza, przy jednoczesnym znacznym ograniczeniu (do poziomu ok. 5%) ilości powstających odpadów. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 01.08.2018 r. - 31.07.2019 r. Celem projektu jest wdrożenie w firmie NELA-ONE innowacji technologicznej w postaci nowej metody produkcji podkładów pod lamele dębowe podłóg klasy Premium i nowych produktów w postaci trwałych podkładów ze sklejki łączonej na zakładkę. Dzięki technologii możliwe będzie produkowanie znacząco ulepszonych podkładów pod lamele (sklejki łączonej) – będą to zacinane pod odpowiednim kątem, spasowywane i sklejane mniejsze kawałki sklejki, które stworzą podkład do podłóg warstwowych o jakości zbliżonej do sklejki z jednego arkusza, przy jednoczesnej znacznej oszczędności ilości powstających odpadów produkcyjnych, przyczyniające się do oszczędności i pozytywnego efektu ekonomicznego dla przedsiębiorstwa. Produkty otrzymywane przy stosowaniu opracowanej w wyniku realizacji projektu technologii produkcji, będą mogły stanowić podkład pod długie warstwowe deski o przewidywanej większej stabilności oraz trwałości (żywotność w warunkach użytkowania wewnętrznego) w porównaniu z podkładami stosowanymi przez konkurencję (m.in. nie będą ulegały delaminacji). Projekt wpisuje się w cele szczegółowe działania 3.2, poddziałania 3.2.2 oraz programu PO IR. (Polish)
