Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020.Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej wysokociśnieniowego agregatu hydraulicznego, budowa układu sterowania oraz przeprowadzenie badań funkcjonalnych kompletnego urządzenia. Agregat, zasilany elektrycznie napięciem sieciowym 230 VAC, przeznaczony będzie do zasilania kluczy hydraulicznych (w tym produkowanych przez Wnioskodawcę), przeznaczonych do dokręcanie śrub z kontrolowanym (wymaganym) momentem obrotowym. Cechą charakterystyczną urządzenia będzie wysokie ciśnienie robocze pozwalające na zasilanie z agregatu kluczy hydraulicznych, generujących moment obrotowy do 27 000 Nm. Agregat będzie zwartą konstrukcją, składającą się z: pompy napędzanej silnikiem elektrycznym, aparatów hydraulicznych, zbiornika oleju, zespołu monitorowania i archiwizacji parametrów pracy. Cechą wyróżniającą przedmiotowy agregat będzie wbudowany moduł komunikacji bezprzewodowej, umożliwiający wykonanie raportowania parametrów pracy agregatu w urządzeniu mobilnym typu smartfon. W układzie sterowania agregatu zastosowana zostanie kaseta sterująca z wyświetlaczem, na którym operator będzie mógł obserwować wartość ciśnienie zasilania lub wartość momentu obrotowego, generowanego przez klucz hydrauliczny. Cechą innowacyjną agregatu będzie funkcja rozpoznawania kluczy z zastosowaniem technologii RFID oraz funkcja sterowania bezprzewodowego. W ramach projektu zostaną wykonane modele 3D, umożliwiające wizualizację połączeń mechanicznych oraz kompatybilność poszczególnych podzespołów. Modele 3D pozwolą na opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej, na podstawie której zostanie wytworzony prototyp agregatu.
