The project will require the pilot installation to verify the implementation technology and to combine into a single multifunctional preparation of probiotics and plant extracts from extraction under supercritical CO2 conditions.The results collected and the results of the trials will be used and applied by GROUP INCO S.A. as the first global operator in the production of organic multi preparation, replacing one preparation with several types of current market measures.It will ensure that detergents and phosphates are not the most harmful to the environment and the human body.The market verified demand will make it possible to reach PLN 19 million after the beginning of the production of revenue in 1, in combination with export sales of more than PLN 24 million per year in subsequent years.The technology used for the implementation of probiotics and plant components in the structure of the chemical preparation will lead to a reduction in water use of 1/3 over each pollutant removal cycle.The most harmful substances to the environment and human beings will be replaced by plant extracts.Extraction under supercritical CO2 conditions enables 100 % of the use of plant components and their properties to increase the strength and quality of cleaning and nutrient properties.The formulas developed and the technology for the implementation and combination of probiotics, plant extracts and for the support of biocomponents in the structure of the chemical preparation will be notified as inventions for the protection of industrial property.In accordance with Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014); (English) | |||

Projekt zakłada przeprowadzenie na instalacji pilotażowej weryfikacji technologii implementacji i łączenia w jednym preparacie multifunkcyjnym probiotyków i ekstraktów roślinnych z ekstrakcji w warunkach nadkrytycznego CO2. Zebrane wyniki i rezultaty prób zostaną wykorzystane i zastosowane przez GRUPA INCO S.A. jako pierwszy światowy podmiot w produkcji ekologicznego multi preparatu zastępującego jednym preparatem kilka rodzajów środków występujących obecnie na rynku. Pozwolą na wyeliminowanie ze składów najbardziej szkodliwych dla środowiska i organizmu człowieka detergentów i fosforanów. Zweryfikowane rynkowe zapotrzebowanie pozwoli osiągnięcie już w 1 roku po rozpoczęciu produkcji przychodów w wysokości 19 mln PLN, by w kolejnych latach w połączeniu ze sprzedażą eksportową przekraczać 24 mln PLN rocznie. Zastosowana technologia implementacji probiotyków i składników roślinnych w struktury preparatu chemicznego spowoduje ograniczenie zużycia wody o 1/3 w każdym cyklu usuwania zanieczyszczeń. Najbardziej szkodliwe dla środowiska i organizmu człowieka substancje syntetyczne zostaną zastąpione ekstraktami roślinnymi. Ekstrakcja w warunkach nadkrytycznego CO2 umożliwia 100% wykorzystania składników roślinnych oraz ich właściwości zwiększające siłę i jakość czyszczenia oraz właściwości biogenne. Opracowane receptury oraz technologia implementacji i łączenia probiotyków, ekstraktów roślinnych i wspomagających biokomponentów w struktury preparatu chemicznego zostaną zgłoszone jako wynalazki do ochrony własności przemysłowej. Zgodnie z art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz.
