The project involves industrial research (BP) and development (PR) to develop at least Poland’s innovative technology of clinker production, the main component of cement.The unit for the production of clinker and the mode of production of the clinker are the subject of the OSP’s invention for patent protection (No P.423890).An innovative way will be to be used for the production of hydraulic binders (C3S) for the production of hydraulic binders (CS) at the current unachievable level of 71.5 %.New cement will be used in the construction of roads and bridges, housing.The quality of the clinker will be process-oriented in narrow range of rating variations, which will allow the Oder to penetrate new markets and create new uses of cement, such as 3D printing.The project comprises 5 stages (2 BP, 3 PR) implemented by R & D and TA staff.The technology developed will be distinguished, inter alia, by a process of steering the entire production process, that the level of regularity and uniformity in the distribution of the C3S crystals is currently not available to the industry.The project design of the installation has to be used for commercial purposes, as the cost of producing it is too high to serve only for demonstration and validation.It is not possible to build all key equipment in the & quo; a reduced scale & rdg; because this will not allow the conditions to be mapped out of the soil, the grinding or the preparation of the raw material.The new technology will have a strong positive environmental impact by reducing heat consumption, using an ORC system and reducing NOx and CO2 emissions.The new way of production will eliminate additional fuels reducing the emission of harmful gases from the process.Implementation of innovative greening measures (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu są badania przemysłowe (BP) i prace rozwojowe (PR) mające na celu opracowanie innowacyjnej co najmniej na skalę Polski technologii produkcji klinkieru, głównego składnika cementu. Kompozycja do wytwarzania klinkieru oraz sposób wytwarzania klinkieru są przedmiotem wynalazku Odry zgłoszonego w UPRP do ochrony patentowej (nr P.423890). Innowacyjny sposób będzie służył Odrze do produkcji spoiw hydraulicznych o stabilnej zawartości alitu (C3S) na obecnie nieosiągalnym poziomie 71,5%. Nowy cement znajdzie zastosowanie w sektorze budowy dróg i mostów, budownictwa mieszkaniowego. Jakość klinkieru będzie procesowo sterowana w wąskich przedziałach zmienności około znamionowych, co pozwoli Odrze wejść na nowe rynki i tworzyć nowe zastosowania cementu, np. druk 3D. Projekt obejmuje 5 etapów (2 BP, 3 PR) realizowanych przez kadrę B+R i techniczną Odry. Opracowana technologia będzie się wyróżniała m.in. takim sterowaniem całym procesem produkcyjnym, że uzyskany zostanie niedostępny obecnie dla branży poziom regularności i równomierności rozdziału kryształów C3S. Powstały w ramach projektu prototyp instalacji musi być wykorzystany do celów komercyjnych, ponieważ koszt jego wytworzenia jest zbyt wysoki, by posłużył on jedynie demonstracji i walidacji. Niemożliwe jest budowanie wszystkich kluczowych urządzeń w „zmniejszonej skali”, ponieważ nie pozwoli to na odwzorowanie warunków wypału, przemiału czy przygotowania surowca. Nowa technologia będzie charakteryzowała się silnie pozytywnym wpływem na środowisko naturalne dzięki redukcji zużycia ciepła, zastosowaniu układu kogeneracji ORC i ograniczeniu emisji NOx oraz CO2. Nowy sposób produkcji wyeliminuje dodatkowe paliwa ograniczając emisję szkodliwych gazów z procesu. Wdrażanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań prośrodowiskowych je (Polish)
