The project consists of the investment pgb-Polska on the implementation of technology for the production of an innovative fastening system for the installation of vertical and horizontal heating fittings.The technology is based on R & D work carried out by pgb-Poland on its own and together with the scientific bodies.The technology developed is made up of several elements determining its innovativeness, in particular the design, the unique process of shank obstruction to the metal core, the use of forms of formality with specially designed cooling channels and the creation of an individual pool of material ensuring optimal ownership of the elements of the new system being sought on the market.The effect of the investment will be to mobilise the production of a complete thermal system with important thermal and endurance features, characterised by an unprecedented ease of fitting and precision.The system put in place is based on an innovative design for patent protection, an element of its design in the form of a stem or metal stem with improved insulation and strength properties.What is new is the fact that the stem is characterised by thermal properties such as limestone stem as well as the strength properties of the metal stem, thus having the best characteristics of two separate cumulative solutions in a single product.The new system will allow the Applicant to achieve a significant competitive advantage in a booming, promising market segment. Przedmiotem projektu jest inwestycja pgb-Polska polegająca na wdrożeniu technologii produkcji innowacyjnego systemu mocowań do montażu dociepleń pionowych i poziomych. Technologia powstała w oparciu o prace B+R prowadzone przez przedsiębiorstwo pgb-Polska samodzielnie oraz wspólnie z jednostkami naukowymi. Opracowana technologia składa się z kilku elementów decydujących o jej innowacyjności, elementami innowacyjnymi są w szczególności zaprojektowany, unikalny proces obtrysku trzpienia z rdzeniem metalowym, zastosowanie form konformalnych ze specjalnie zaprojektowanymi kanałami chłodzącymi oraz stworzenie indywidualnej kompozycji tworzywa zapewniającego optymalne własności elementów nowego systemu poszukiwane na rynku. Efektem inwestycji będzie uruchomienie produkcji kompletnego systemu dociepleń o istotnych cechach cieplno-wytrzymałościowych, charakteryzującego się niespotykaną łatwością montażu i precyzją spasowania elementów. Stworzony system oparty jest o innowacyjny, zgłoszony do ochrony patentowej, element własnej konstrukcji w postaci trzpienia tworzywowo-metalowego o ulepszonych właściwościach izolacyjnych oraz wytrzymałościowych. Nowością jest fakt, że trzpień charakteryzuje się własnościami cieplnymi jak dla trzpienia tworzywowego oraz własnościami wytrzymałościowymi jak dla trzpienia metalowego – posiada więc najlepsze cechy dwóch odrębnych rozwiązań skumulowane w jednym produkcie. Nowy system pozwoli Wnioskodawcy na osiągnięcie istotnych przewag konkurencyjnych w intensywnie rozwijającym, perspektywicznym segmencie rynkowym. (Polish)
