Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.42799 (2015/X), aid_de_de minimis:§ 42 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on the provision of financial assistance by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in the framework of the OP Smart Growth 2014-2020 Project is the implementation of a research service consisting of the development of an innovative technology for the recycled material recycling of textile waste and a new panel product, a modern design for the design of a design for the acoustic-insulating function produced by the processing of textiles.The implementation of the project involves research work on the recycling of textile materials which will result in the creation of innovative technology for mechanical separation, demolition waste and/or grinding of waste.Materials constituting textile waste will be used in the recycling process and subjected to further testing to check and assess their properties for use as a potential raw material for the manufacture of innovative panels with specific thermal insulation and acoustic properties, as decorative material for the interior finish.Research will result in the development of technology for the generation of tiered-content materials by means of material recycling and the development of assumptions and guidelines for the design of an industrial material recycling line for recycled textile waste.The process developed for the recycling process will aim at obtaining an increased average length of fibres and an increased share of elementary fibres per mass of processed waste.The service will be carried out by the Łódź Institute in Łódź with many years’ research experience in innovative waste recycling technologies and the necessary content and scientific facilities.Results (English)

    Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja usługi badawczej polegająca na opracowaniu innowacyjnej technologii recyklingu materiałowego odpadów tekstylnych oraz nowego produktu panelu –nowoczesnego proekologicznego produktu designerskiego pełniącego funkcje akustyczno-termoizolacyjne wytworzonego w procesie przetwarzania tekstyliów. Realizacja projektu obejmuje zadania-prace badawcze nad procesem recyklingu materiałów tekstylnych, których wynikiem będzie stworzenie innowacyjnej technologii mechanicznego rozczesywania, rozwarstwiania bądź rozdrabniania odpadów włókienniczych. W procesie recyklingu wykorzystane zostaną materiały-stanowiące odpad tekstylny, które poddane zostaną dalszym badaniom w celu sprawdzenia i oceny ich właściwości pod kątem zastosowania jako potencjalnego surowca do wytwarzania innowacyjnych płyt-paneli o określonych właściwościach termoizolacyjnych i akustycznych, jako materiał dekoracyjny mający zastosowanie w branży wykończenia wnętrz. Wynikiem prac badawczych będzie opracowanie technologii wytwarzania warstwowych materiałów użytkowych w drodze recyklingu materiałowego i opracowanie założeń i wytycznych do projektowania przemysłowej linii recyklingu materiałowego odpadów włókienniczych pod kątem opracowanej technologii. Opracowana technologia procesu recyklingu będzie miała na celu uzyskanie podwyższonej średniej długości włókien i zwiększonego udziału włókien elementarnych na jednostkę masy przetworzonego odpadu. Realizacją usługi zajmie się Instytut Włókiennictwa w Łodzi posiadający wieloletnie doświadczenie badawcze w obszarze innowacyjnych technologii recyklingu odpadowych materiałów włókienniczych oraz niezbędne zaplecze merytoryczno-naukowe.
