Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.42799 (2015/X), aid_de_de minimis:§ 42 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on the provision of financial assistance by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in the framework of the OP Smart Growth 2014-2020 project is the development and development of a multi-layered system for steering control, telemetry, diagnostics and geolocation for turbine driers, but more importantly, for the creation of a new generation of driers cooperating with road machines, the design of the system will enable the collection of data from all the components of the machine, sending them and collecting them on a web server.The system will analyse data streams using inter alia expert systems and algorithms using artificial intelligence. the results of the data analysis will be used by the system to diagnose the machine components of the machine, the automatic correction of the parameters of their work, and the detection and forecasting of errors.An essential part of the project will be the system of analysis of the sound measurement of the operation of turbine engine bearings and, as a result, the determination of their lasting damage capable of causing a fire of the entire road machinery. the system will notify the user and the service employees of failures or errors in the operation of the device.The system will include a client application for the machine user to view geolocation data and some of the data collected by the system.The system will also be equipped with a service worker application allowing the full consultation of all data, as well as for remote revision of parametric values. given the global nature of the operation of the road machinery, which is innovative products of the applicant, the development of a microprocessor microcircuit (English)

    Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie i rozwój wielowarstwowego systemu sterowania, telemetrii, diagnostyki i geolokalizacji dla turbinowych suszarek drogowych.System ten posłuży do znaczącego ulepszenia dotychczas produkowanych przez wnioskodawcę turbinowych suszarek drogowych, ale co ważniejsze jest pierwszym etapem do stworzenia nowej generacji suszarek współpracujących z maszynami drogowymi typu „truck”.Projektowany system będzie umożliwiał gromadzenie danych ze wszystkich podzespołów maszyny, wysyłanie ich i gromadzenie na serwerze web. System będzie analizował strumienie danych, wykorzystując m.in. systemy eksperckie oraz algorytmy z zastosowaniem metod sztucznej inteligencji.Wyniki analizy danych będą wykorzystywane przez system do diagnozy pracy podzespołów maszyny, automatycznej korekcji parametrów ich pracy,a także do detekcji i prognozowania wystąpienia błędów. Istotną częścią projektu będzie system analizy widmowej pomiaru akustycznego pracy łożysk silnika turbinowego,a w efekcie predykacja ich trwałego uszkodzenia, mogącego spowodować pożar całej maszyny drogowej.System będzie powiadamiał użytkownika oraz pracowników serwisowych o zaistniałych awariach lub błędach w działaniu urządzenia. W skład systemu będzie wchodziła aplikacja klienta dla użytkownika maszyny, pozwalająca na podgląd danych geolokalizacyjnych i niektórych danych zebranych przez system. System będzie również wyposażony w aplikację pracownika serwisu, pozwalającą na pełny wgląd do wszystkich danych, a także na zdalne dokonywanie zmian wartości parametrów.Ze względu na globalnych charakter eksploatacji maszyn drogowych, będących innowacyjnymi produktami wnioskodawcy, opracowanie mikroprocesoro (Polish)
