Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Projekt zakłada opracowanie innowacyjnej technologii tworzenia proekologicznych horyzontalnych barier izolacyjnych w warstwach wodonośnych. Nowatorska technologia zakłada wykorzystanie specyficznych właściwości krzemianów sodowych i powstałych żeli krzemianowych, które pozwolą na wyeliminowanie najistotniejszych problemów, jakie wynikają z niedoskonałości stosowanych dotychczas metod. Do właściwości tych należą: • nietoksyczność, umożliwiająca stosowanie barier izolacyjnych jako ochrony przed migracją zanieczyszczeń do złóż wody pitnej, • niska lepkość dynamiczna roztworu, umożliwiająca wytwarzanie kołowej bariery z jednego odwiertu o większej średnicy niż przy dotychczas stosowanych technologiach, • niskie koszty wytworzenia bariery izolacyjnej, • trwałość – dokonany w 2007 roku zabieg modyfikacji przepuszczalności skał porowatych żelem krzemianowym w celu likwidacji erupcji CO2 ze złoża Becej w Serbii stanowi potwierdzenie ponad 8 letniej trwałości krzemianowych barier izolacyjnych (Lakatosz at all. „Prevention of Vertical Gas Flow in a Collapsed Well Using Silicate/Polymer/Urea Method” SPE 121045). Osiągnięcie zakładanego celu, jakim jest opracowanie i wdrożenie innowacyjnej proekologicznej technologii tworzenia poziomych barier izolacyjnych, nastąpi poprzez zrealizowanie prac badawczo-rozwojowych, mających określić: • warunki technologiczne uzyskiwania w warstwie zawodnionej wymaganego (nieciągłego) wypływu ditlenku węgla w formie odwróconego stożka, • wpływ mineralogii warstwy na skuteczność technologii, • jakość bariery izolacyjnej wykonanej zgodnie z technologią THBK, • wymiary promienia i dynamikę powstawania bariery izolacyjnej w warunkach rzeczywistych (Polish)
