The aim of the project is to develop, in the course of the work, a technology for the recovery of polymer plastic material from municipal and agricultural waste in order to obtain regranean of significantly improved physico-chemical properties to serve as a substitute for the original raw material in the industrial film production process (packaging film, scaprfold film used in the construction industry, automotive, marine environment), which will then be implemented in its own economic activity significantly by improving the level of innovativeness of the ERG Bieuń-Foolie Sp. z o.o. by making use of the results of the R & D work of this project.The project responds to market demand for high quality regranilate and a technology niche related to the lack of technology for economically efficient recovery of plastic from municipal waste and agricultural films — heavily polluted and very diverse material.The polyolefins used to produce communal and agricultural films have different physical and mechanical properties.At present, the very different nature and structure of typical impurities in waste of agricultural and municipal foils prevents them from being processed at the same time.The use in the production of recycled packaging for municipal and agricultural waste will make it possible to obtain a significantly more attractive replacement for this type of product with significantly improved characteristics.The innovative solution resulting from the project will be of a number of services not currently available on the market, resulting from the current diagnosis of the economic needs of plastics recyclates, i.e.:low availability of high quality standard waste material while at the same time high availability of municipal film and agricultural films available (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest opracowanie w trakcie prac B+R technologii odzysku tworzywa polimerowego z odpadów komunalnych i rolniczych celem uzyskania regranulatu o znacząco ulepszonych właściwościach fizyko-chemicznych, służącego jako zamiennik oryginalnego surowca w procesie produkcji folii do zastosowań przemysłowych (folia opakowaniowa, folia typu scaffold stosowana m.in w przemyśle budowlanym, motoryzacyjnym, morskim), która zostanie następnie wdrożona we własnej działalności gospodarczej znacząco poprawiając poziom innowacyjności ERG Bieruń-Folie Sp. z o.o. dzięki wykorzystaniu rezultatów prac B+R niniejszego projektu. Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na zapotrzebowanie rynkowe na wysokiej jakości regranulat oraz niszy technologicznej związanej z brakiem dostępności technologii pozwalającej na efektywny ekonomicznie odzysk tworzyw sztucznych z odpadów komunalnych i folii rolniczych - materiał mocno zanieczyszczony oraz bardzo zróżnicowany. Poliolefiny wykorzystywane do produkcji folii komunalnych i rolniczych cechują się odmiennymi własnościami fizyko-mechanicznymi. Aktualnie literalnie różny charakter i struktura typowych zanieczyszczeń występujących w odpadach folii rolniczych i komunalnych uniemożliwia ich jednoczesne przetwórstwo. Wykorzystanie do produkcji folii recyklatów odpadów komunalnych i rolniczych, pozwoli uzyskać zdecydowanie atrakcyjniejszy zamiennik tego typu produktów o znacząco ulepszonych właściwościach. Nowatorskie rozwiązanie będące efektem projektu będzie odznaczać się szeregiem użyteczności niedostępnych aktualnie na rynku, które wynikają z diagnozowanych obecnie potrzeb gospodarczych recyklerów tworzyw sztucznych tj. m.in: niska dostępność wysokiej jakości standardowego surowca odpadowego przy jednoczesnej wysokiej dostępności folii komunalnych i folii rolniczych dostępnych (Polish)
