Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project focuses on industrial research and development in order to create an infrastructure based on Blockchain technology for digital identification.This technology makes it possible to build the system of transparency, non-repudiation, authenticity, uniqueness, sustainability and decentralisation.For digital identification solutions, however, it is necessary to enrich this technology.In particular, the following are necessary:1) universal core data structure in Blockchain.It will be possible to use the graph structures in the two modes:unravelling methods of Blockchain above a graph base or hanging the playing base within the current structures of Blockchain.It is envisaged to maintain the same level of security as the current implementation of Blockchain.2) Conduct of the semantic layer on Blockchain.Currently, the data stored in the existing implementations of Blockchain are deprived of a layer describing their format and meaning.The applicant will study different methods for introducing semantic mechanisms to Blockchain.3) Applications of novel methods for the reconciliation of data records (& bdnquo; consensus mechanissm & core;) to Blockchain.Authentication methods that are standard for blockchain are not appropriate for identification systems.In particular, there is a need for the pro-of-authority and Multi-Signality methods in this area.4) Ensure high efficiency and accessibility in Web.The model of security of standard Web technologies is different from the Blockchain model.It is necessary to provide the means by which these technologies are given an appropriate safety model. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu są badania przemysłowe i prace rozwojowe zmierzające do stworzenia infrastruktury opartej o technologię Blockchain, służącej budowie systemów dla identyfikacji cyfrowej. Dzięki tej technologii możliwe jest zbudowanie systemu, jaki charakteryzuje transparentność danych, ich niezaprzeczalność, autentyczność, unikalność, trwałość oraz decentralizacja. Dla rozwiązań identyfikacji cyfrowej, niezbędne jest jednak wzbogacenie tej technologii. W szczególności niezbędne są: 1) Uniwersalna, podstawowa struktura danych w Blockchain. Badaniu poddana będzie możliwość wykorzystania struktur grafowych w dwu trybach: rozpięcia metod Blockchain nad bazą grafową lub osadzenia bazy grafowej wewnątrz obecnych struktur Blockchain. Zakłada się utrzymanie takiego samego poziomu bezpieczeństwa jak w przypadku obecnych implementacji Blockchain. 2) Wprowadzenia warstwy semantycznej do Blockchain. Obecnie dane przechowywane w istniejących implementacjach Blockchain są pozbawione warstwy opisującej ich format i znaczenie. Wnioskodawca podda badaniu różne metody wprowadzenia mechanizmów semantycznych do Blockchain. 3) Zastosowania nowatorskich metod uzgadniania zapisów danych („consensus mechanism”) do Blockchain. Standardowe dla BlockChain metody uwiarygodniania nie są adekwatne dla systemów identyfikacji. W szczególności niezbędne są w tym obszarze metody Proof-of-Authority oraz Multi-Signatures. 4) Zapewnienia uzyskania wysokiej wydajności oraz dostępności w sieci Web. Model bezpieczeństwa standardowych technologii Web jest inny niż model Blockchain. Niezbędne jest stworzenie metod, dzięki którym technologie te uzyskają właściwy model bezpieczeństwa. (Polish)
