Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).Digital Odlewnia is unique in Poland and one of the few European countries (the first in Eastern Europe) has a wide transformative agenda for the developing industry to develop and implement procedural solutions in the spirit of World Industry 4.0.The company implements the project under the 1 component (which is one of the 5 global strategic components).The applicant, together with the subcontractor (Rzeszów University of Technology), will develop an innovative technology (carried out on its own account) of the manufacture of large scale grey and ductile cast iron for the manufacture of steel ingots for the production of steel ingots, based on the full digitalisation of the foundry (modelling and simulation) using the numerical process (MES, MRS) with actual input data (ongoing monitoring of parameters and material data) in order to extend their operating life under conditions of low cycle thermal fatigue.Thermal fatigue is the generation and development of material defects of the ingot and of structural or periodic changes in temperature.Cyclic heat stress shall be closely linked to temperature amplitude values (measurement by thermal vision devices and thermoelements) or frequency of variation of deformation (strain gauges).Thermal fatigue has adverse effects related to defects in the geometry and structure of castings.The defects will disqualify the possibility of continuing the operation of cast iron ingot into the casting of steel ingots and necessitate the maintenance of maintenance work by the Applicant as part of the warranty or decommissioning of steel works. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Cyfrowa Odlewnia to unikatowy na skalę Polski i jeden z niewielu w krajach europejskich (pierwszy w Europie Wschodniej) szeroki program transformacji prężnie rozwijającego się przedsiębiorstwa z branży odlewniczej w kierunku opracowywania i wdrażania rozwiązań procesowych w duchu trendów światowych Industry 4.0. Spółka zrealizuje projekt w ramach Komponentu 1 (który jest jednym z 5 globalnych komponentów strategicznych). Wnioskodawca wraz z podwykonawcą (Politechnika Rzeszowska) opracuje innowacyjną technologię (wdrażany do własnej działalności) wytwarzania wielkogabarytowych wlewnic z żeliwa szarego i sferoidalnego, będącymi kokilami do produkcji wlewków stalowych, opierającego się na pełnej cyfryzacji procesu odlewniczego (modelowanie i symulacja) wykorzysującej metody numeryczne (MES, MRS) z rzeczywistymi danymi wsadowymi (bieżący monitoring parametrów i dane materiałowe) celem wydłużenia ich okresu eksploatacyjnego w warunkach niskocyklowego zmęczenia cieplnego. Zmęczenie cieplne to generowanie oraz rozwój defektów materiałowych wlewnicy oraz konstrukcji powstających w wyniku cyklicznych lub okresowych zmian temperatury. Cykliczne naprężenia cieplne są ściśle powiązane z wartościami amplitud temperatur (pomiar przez urządzenia termowizyjne oraz termoelementy) lub częstości zmian odkształceń (pomiary tensometryczne). Zmęczenie cieplne wywołuje negatywne zjawiska, związane z defektami w geometrii i strukturze odlewów. Defekty te dyskwalifikują możliwość dalszej eksploatacji wlewnic z żeliwa w procesie odlewania wlewków stalowych i powodują konieczność wykonywania prac serwisowych przez Wnioskodawcę w ramach gwarancji lub wycofania ich z eksploatacji w stalowni.
