The project involves the implementation of R & D results concerning a pioneering plant for the inventory of vegetation based on a multi-temporal and spectral remote sensing data.Work b + r on the development of a methodology for identifying species, groups of species, genus, leaf type, growth model, colour, stems, or other plant property with remote sensing data.The tests were carried out by the Applicant on its own.On 26.10.2015The applicant has received a report from the Patent Office about the state of the art of declaration No P.414442 which did not undermine the novelty and the level of the invention.Material scope of the project:a photogrammetric aeroplane, (b) a set of laser scanner, operating at various electromagnetic wavelengths (c), a set of multi-spectral imaging cameras.The project will build a remote sensing platform that provides multispectral imaging and vector data (‘points clouds’) that have been processed in accordance with algorithms developed during previous research and development work to calculate predictive indicators for vegetation information.These prognostic factors are used during the full inventory of vegetation.The project will run for 9 months.1 development phases have been assumed.As a result of the project, the service will be placed on the market, unique in the world, which will have characteristics and features that do not exist so far in the range of other companies offering substitution solutions, which will eliminate the current restrictions on inventories of vegetation.The result of the project will make it possible to address the key problem posed by the effective inventory of vegetation in hardwood and mixed forests.The project is part of the POIR’s main objective and has its motto:From idea to market.SA 42799 (2015/X), Art.13, 25 rozp.651/2014 (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników prac badawczo-rozwojowych dot. pionierskiego sytemu inwentaryzacji roślinności, opierającego się o multi-temporalne i multi-spektralne dane teledetekcyjne. Prace b+r, dot. stworzenia metodyki określania gatunków, grupy gatunków, rodzaju, typu liścia, modelu wzrostu, koloru, koloru łodygi lub innej własności roślin z wykorzystaniem danych teledetekcyjnych. Badania zostały przeprowadzone przez Wnioskodawcę samodzielnie. W dniu 26.10.2015r. Wnioskodawca otrzymał z Urzędu Patentowego sprawozdanie o stanie techniki zgłoszenia nr P.414442 niepodważające nowości i poziomu wynalazczego wynalazku. Zakres rzeczowy projektu: a) samolot fotogrametryczny b) zestaw lotniczego skanera laserowego działającego na różnych długościach fali elektromagnetycznych c) zestaw wielospektralnej kamery lotniczej. W ramach projektu zbudowana zostanie platforma teledetekcyjna dostarczająca wielospektralne dane obrazowe oraz wektorowe (chmury punktów), które przetworzone zgodnie z algorytmami opracowanymi w trakcie wcześniejszych prac badawczo-rozwojowych pozwolą na obliczenie wskaźników predykcyjnych dla informacji o roślinności. Te czynniki prognostyczne wykorzystywane są w trakcie pełnej inwentaryzacji roślinności. Projekt trwać będzie 9 miesięcy. Założono realizację 1 etapu prac rozwojowych. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostanie wprowadzony na rynek unikalna w skali świata usługa, która będzie charakteryzowała się cechami i funkcjonalnościami niespotykanymi do tej pory w ofercie innych przedsiębiorstw oferujących rozwiązania substytucyjne, dzięki której wyeliminowane zostaną dotychczasowe ograniczenia w inwentaryzacji roślinności. Rezultat projektu umożliwi rozwiązanie kluczowego problemu związanego z efektywną inwentaryzacją roślinności na terenach pokrytych lasami liściastymi i mieszanymi. Projekt wpisuje się w cel główny POIR i realizuje jego hasło przewodnie: „od pomysłu do rynku". SA 42799(2015/X), art.13, 25 rozp.651/2014 (Polish)
