The ‘Kamal sp. z o.o.’ project is the result of the work carried out by R & D in which an innovative method of manufacturing concrete slabs with added titanium dioxide has been developed, as well as the construction of an air-tight filter for their manufacture.The studies and engineering work carried out have allowed the design of a press design containing nano-materials used for pressing concrete to concentrate titanium dioxide on the surface of the finished product.This technology is characterised by low material costs and any known benefit from the addition of titanium dioxide in building materials, so the plates produced will have photocatalytic properties, fungicides, bactericides and self-cleansing.Technological innovation consists of the possibility of pressing the air-tight pressing contained in concrete titanium dioxide onto its surface, giving the greatest concentration at the point where the light is activated under the influence of the light by activating its photocatalytic properties.Therefore, the material loss consisting of a regular addition of the full weight of the concrete, i.e. also at the lower layers of the concrete weight.The project consists of the construction of a hall where a process line will be located in accordance with a method by Kamal sp. z o.o., and the acquisition and installation of machinery and equipment that will enable technology to be implemented.The following will be submitted to the technological line:the blender, the pressure-tight press, the device with the nano-filter system, the contributions to the pressure-tight filter press, the form for the filter press, the storage device in a horizontal position, the reception facility, the drying facility, the production pallet.The arena will be projected to be 2 628 mkw.SA 42799 (2015/X), Article 13 rozp.651/2014 (English)

    PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO BUDOWLANO – MONTAŻOWE I PREFABRYKACJI BETONÓW „KAMAL” SPÓŁKA Z O.O.

    Projekt Kamal sp. z o.o. stanowi efekt wykonanych prac B+R, w których opracowana została innowacyjna metoda wytwarzania architektonicznych płyt betonowych z dodatkiem ditlenku tytanu, a także konstrukcja prasy hermetycznej filtracyjnej do ich wytwarzania. Przeprowadzone badania i prace inżynierskie pozwoliły opracować konstrukcję prasy zawierającą system nanofiltracji wykorzystywanych podczas prasowania betonu do koncentracji ditlenku tytanu na powierzchni produktu gotowego. Technologia ta charakteryzuje się niskimi kosztami materiałowymi, oraz wszelkimi znanymi korzyściami z zastosowania dodatku ditlenku tytanu w materiałach budowlanych, wytwarzane płyty będą zatem posiadały właściwości fotokatalityczne, grzybobójcze, bakteriobójcze, samooczyszczające. Innowacyjność technologii polega na możliwości wyciskania w procesie prasowania hermetycznego zawartego w betonie ditlenku tytanu na jego powierzchnię, uzyskując tym samym największą jego koncentrację w miejscu, w którym pod wpływem światła aktywują się jego właściwości fotokatalityczne. Nie następuje zatem strata materiału, polegająca na równomiernym rozkładzie dodatku w pełnej masie betonu, tj. również w jego dolnych warstwach. Realizacja projektu polega na wybudowaniu hali, w której zostanie zlokalizowana linia technologiczna wykonująca proces zgodnie z metodą autorstwa Kamal sp. z o.o., oraz nabyciu i instalacji maszyn i urządzeń, które umożliwią wdrożenie technologii. Na linię technologiczną będą się składać: mieszarka, prasa hermetyczna filtracyjna, urządzenie z układem nanofiltrów, wkłady do głowicy prasy hermetycznej filtracyjnej, formy do prasy filtracyjnej, urządzenia do składowania w pozycji poziomej, urządzenia do odbioru, suszarnia, palety produkcyjne. Przewidywana do budowy hala będzie miała powierzchnię 2 628 mkw. SA 42799(2015/X), art. 13 rozp.651/2014 (Polish)
