The aim of the project is to place on the market a product, the innovative port halls which make up the steel hubs, on the basis of its own research and development work.The aim of the studies was to develop a portal which would have together the following new features and functionalities relevant to the product’s audience:• Increased capacity to adapt the arena to the new needs of the recipient in the course of its use (e.g. through the drying of a crane, installation of solar modules and solar collectors),• Increased resilience to unexpected meteorological hazards,• Taking into account the ecological trend — resource-efficient construction as part of the CSR of the company’s audience,• Fast track to implement the contract, facilitate the possibility to invest on land with difficult hydrological and geological conditions,• Solution with significant commercial and architectural qualities.The R & D work resulted in the development of a portal with an exceptional set of characteristics and parameters comprising very good strength parameters, stress distribution, movement rate and weight of the component.The project is green.With the adoption of the most popular hall of 18x36 m, it was calculated that the design weight of a main framework made of 11 700 kg and kg was based on a new framework of 9 730 kg.This saves 6,6 tonnes of CO2eq — only on the construction of the construction for the same arena (see below for details).In order to verify the results of in-house research and development work, a study was commissioned from the Polytechnic University of Rzeszów, which confirmed the results of the R & D work. in response to the patent application of 04.12.2017, the applicant received from the Patent Office a state of technology report confirming the innovative character of the developed portal (s).Reference_reference_projet:SA 42799 (2015/X) (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest wprowadzenie na rynek produktu – innowacyjnych ram portalowych tworzących hale stalowe - oprowadzone na podstawie własnych prac badawczo – rozwojowych. Celem prowadzonych badań było opracowanie ramy portalowej która posiadałaby łącznie następujące nowe cechy i funkcjonalności istotne dla odbiorców produktu: • Zwiększona zdolność dostosowania hali do nowych potrzeb odbiorcy w trakcie jej użytkowania (np. poprzez podwieszenie suwnic, zainstalowanie modułów fotowoltaicznych czy kolektorów słonecznych), • Zwiększona odporność na niespodziewane zagrożenia meteorologiczne, • Uwzględnienie trendu ekologicznego – zasobooszczędnego budownictwa wpisującego się w CSR odbiorców firmy, • Szybką możliwość realizacji zamówienia, • Ułatwiona możliwość realizacji inwestycji na gruntach o trudnych warunkach hydrologicznych i geologicznych, • Rozwiązanie posiadające istotne walory użytkowe i architektoniczne. Efektem prac badawczo rozwojowych było opracowanie ramy portalowej o wyjątkowym zestawie cech i parametrów na które składają się bardzo dobre parametry wytrzymałościowe, rozkład naprężeń, wskaźnik przemieszczeń oraz masa elementu. Projekt ma proekologiczny charakter. Przyjmując najpopularniejszą halę o wymiarach 18x36 m wyliczono, że waga konstrukcji głównej ram wykonanej z dwuteowników to 11 700 kg a oparta na nowych ramach 9 730 kg. Daje to oszczędność 6,6 tony CO2-Eq - tylko na wytworzeniu konstrukcji dla jednej hali (szczegółowe informacje w dalszej części wniosku). W celu weryfikacji wyników wewnątrzzakładowych prac badawczo rozwojowych, zlecono przeprowadzenie analizy Politechnice Rzeszowskiej, która potwierdzała wyniki prac B+R. Dodatkowo w odpowiedzi na zgłoszenie patentowe z dnia 04.12.2017 Wnioskodawca otrzymał z Urzędu Patentowego raport o stanie techniki potwierdzający innowacyjny charakter opracowanej ramy portalowej (raport o stanie techniki w załączeniu).
