“reference_reference_programme_aids”:SA.42799 (2015/X), aid_de_de minimis:§ 42 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on the granting of financial assistance by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in the framework of the Operational Programme “Smart Growth 2014-2020” project are small hydropower plants with a capacity of up to 1 MW, mainly using the induction machine as a generator and various types of water turbines.In view of the difficult and costly process of identifying the parameters of the work of these sites and the changing hydrology and hydraulic properties, they are usually not optimally controlled.This results in a low energy efficiency that translates into a weak economic effect of power plants.This project is intended to improve the efficiency of this type of plant by optimising control parameters.The main output of the project should be the procedure to identify the optimal control for the selected MEW object with the induction generator.An important element will be how to develop measurement data for the automatic determination of the optimal working curve.Innovation of this solution will be to use advanced processing techniques and analysis of measuring data to eliminate measurement errors and to shorten the duration of the necessary measurements.     „Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020” Przedmiotem projektu są małe elektrownie wodne o mocy do 1MW, wykorzystujące głównie maszynę indukcyjną jako generator oraz różnego typu turbiny wodne. Z uwagi na trudny i kosztowny proces identyfikacji parametrów pracy tych obiektów oraz zmieniające się okresowo właściwości hydrologiczne i hydrauliczne są one zazwyczaj nieoptymalnie sterowane. Skutkuje to niską sprawnością przetwarzania energii co przekłada się na słaby efekt ekonomiczny elektrowni. Projekt ten ma za zadanie poprawę sprawności tego typu elektrowni poprzez optymalizację parametrów sterowania. Głównym rezultatem projektu powinna być procedura wykonywania procesu identyfikacji optymalnego sterowania dla wybranego obiektu MEW z generatorem indukcyjnym. Istotnym elementem będzie sposób opracowania danych pomiarowych celem automatycznego wyznaczenia krzywej pracy optymalnej. Innowacja tego rozwiązania będzie polegała na wykorzystaniu zaawansowanych technik przetwarzania i analizy danych pomiarowych celem eliminacji błędów pomiarowych oraz skrócenia czasu trwania niezbędnych pomiarów.
