„Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014”Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup od IOB usług doradczych wpierających wdrożenie innowacji produktowej (zaworów pneumatycznych) oraz procesowej (znacząco ulepszonej technologii produkcji). Przedmiotem jest także zakup inwestycji rzeczowej związanej z wdrożeniem innowacji technologicznej w firmie Royalsoft. Zakres projektu dotyczy następujących usług doradczych: 1. Pomoc w procesie przygotowania lub przeprowadzenia negocjacji z dostawcą technologii 2. Doradztwo w procesie przygotowania umowy zakupu technologii pomiędzy dostawcą i odbiorcą technologii 3. Analiza ryzyka wdrożenia inwestycji 4. Doradztwo i pomoc w opracowaniu i przeprowadzeniu pilotażowego wdrożenia innowacji 5 Monitorowanie i ocena efektów wdrożenia innowacji 6. Doradztwo w zakresie rozwoju zasobów ludzkich związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji 7. Opracowanie strategii marketingowej dla wyrobu lub usługi będącej przedmiotem wdrożenia innowacji W ramach projektu poniesione zostaną także wydatki inwestycyjne objęte regionalną pomocą inwestycyjną – zakup centra obróbczego do symultanicznej obróbki 5-cioosiowej. Powyższe działania zarówno usługi doradcze jak i wydatki inwestycyjne są bezpośrednio związane z planowaną do wdrożenia innowacją produktową (zawór pneumatyczny) i procesową (nowa technologia produkcji). W ramach firmy zostanie wdrożona także innowacja organizacyjna oraz marketingowa. Wszystkie zaplanowane działania (usługi doradcze i zakup maszyny) stanowią ciąg niezbędnych działań, które pozwolą osiągnąć zakładane rezultaty. (Polish)
