Celem projektu jest opracowanie w trakcie prac B+R technologii budownictwa modułowego, prefabrykowanego na bazie drewna, która zostanie następnie wdrożona we własnej działalności gospodarczej znacząco poprawiając poziom innowacyjności PalettenWerk Kozik Sp. J. dzięki wykorzystaniu rezultatów prac B+R projektu. Nowa technologia będzie się charakteryzować właściwościami znacząco przewyższającymi dostępne aktualnie technologie: • Budynki wykonane według własnej technologii z drewna klejonego warstwowo poprzecznie: wysoka izolacyjność termiczna i akustyczna, czysta-sucha technologia wznoszenia obiektów, wysoka energooszczędność, szczelność, rekordowo niskie koszty użytkowania budynku, znaczna pojemność cieplna i wilgotnościowa. • Zastosowanie złączy podatnych w konstrukcjach drewnianych: możliwość redukcji pików koncentracji, bezpieczne przenoszenie obciążeń, odporność na działanie wilgoci, nowa jakość konstrukcji drewnianych i rozszerzenie możliwości eksploatacyjnych poza dotychczasowe ograniczenia, eliminacja łączników stalowych. • Prefabrykacja drewna klejonego warstwowo poprzecznie: idealna jakość dzięki produkcji w fabryce – trwałość, naturalność i estetyka. Szybka produkcja i montaż: produkcja w ciągu 4 tygodni, montaż w ciągu 10 dni. • Budynki oferowane modułowo: konkurencyjna cena, optymalne wykorzystanie materiałów na poszczególne elementy konstrukcji i wykończenia, przemyślana forma architektoniczna.
