Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.42799 (2015/X), public funding:Article 28 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014Celem is intended to enable the successful implementation by Synergy Technologies Sp. z o.o. of the results of its research and development (R & D), i.e. a new product in the form of universal, electric integrated BLDC’s integrated drive teams [ZZN] (product innovation of a technological nature), by 31.12.2107. the applicant will implement innovation at least in Poland.The project will launch a production of universal electric ZZN, building on the combination of new technologies developed by the BLDC’s engine solution.With the company in 2014-2015, R & D was able to develop solutions that allow the power plant to work in a significantly extended range of difficult working environments (high humidity or directly water or other liquids, in dusk, dangerous environments, etc.), have a high level of efficiency and reliability.The integration of the engine with the parallel designed planetary transmission systems directly using the engine components as a component of the transmission has enabled the creation of a unique integrated electric powerplant of very compact dimensions, high efficiency and very high flexibility for the selection of the optimal operating point (turnover, torque, power and power supply).The high performance of the team and the scope for a large range of labour tensions (including the low) and the possibility of electronic control of all working parameters are particularly useful in energy efficient applications and where the speed and reliability of work is essential, e.g. in aviation.The following forms of support will be provided as part of the project:— Advisory services for innovation — consultancy, assistance and training for knowledge transfer — consultancy services (English) | |||

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014Celem projektu jest umożliwienie skutecznego wdrożenia w przedsiębiorstwie Synergy Technologies Sp. z o.o. [ST] wyników własnych prac badawczo-rozwojowych tj. nowego produktu w postaci uniwersalnych, elektrycznych zintegrowanych zespołów napędowych BLDC [ZZN] (innowacja produktowa o charakterze technologicznym), do 31.12.2107 r. Wnioskodawca wdroży innowację przynajmniej na terenie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. W ramach projektu uruchomiona będzie produkcja uniwersalnych elektrycznych ZZN, bazujących na połączeniu nowych, opracowanych w firmie rozwiązań silników BLDC. Dzięki prowadzonym w firmie w latach 2014-2015 pracom B+R udało się opracować rozwiązania, dzięki którym zespół napędowy może pracować w znacznie rozszerzonym zakresie trudnych środowisk pracy (duża wilgotność lub bezpośrednio w wodzie lub innych cieczach, w pyłach, środowisku niebezpiecznym itp.), posiadać b. duża sprawność i niezawodność. Zintegrowanie silnika z równolegle opracowanymi systemami przekładni planetarnych wykorzystujących bezpośrednio elementy konstrukcyjne silnika jako części składowej przekładni, pozwoliło na stworzenie unikalnego zintegrowanego elektrycznego zespołu napędowego o bardzo kompaktowych rozmiarach, wysokiej sprawności i bardzo dużej elastyczności co do doboru optymalnego punktu pracy (obrotów, momentu obrotowego, mocy i napięcia zasilania). Wysoka sprawność zespołu i możliwość stosowania b. dużego zakresu napięć pracy (w tym b. niskich) oraz możliwość elektronicznej kontroli wszystkich parametrów pracy jest szczególnie przydatna w zastosowaniach energooszczędnych oraz tych gdzie szybkość i niezawodność pracy ma podstawowe znacznie, czyli np. w lotnictwie. W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane następujące formy wsparcia: -Usługi doradcze w zakresie innowacji - doradztwo, pomoc i szkolenia w zakresie transferu wiedzy -Usługi doradcze (Polish)
