Produkuje wyroby oparte na tradycyjnych recepturach. Brześć jest krajowym liderem w produkcji słomki ptysiowej i groszku ptysiowego – flagowych produktów firmy. Jednym z dobrze rokujących obszarów działania naszej firmy jest produkcja ciastek kruchych. Jak wykazała audyt wzorniczy, obserwujemy brak możliwości zwiększenia wolumenu produkcji w segmencie ciastek kruchych i wprowadzenia ich do sprzedaży w dużych sieciach handlowych oraz na eksport. Wiąże się to zarówno z kształtem, jak i sposobem pakowania tych ciastek (podłużne ciastka, pakowane na tacki). Istotą projektu jest przeprojektowanie całościowe tej grupy produktowej: poczynając od samej receptury, poprzez nowy kształt, aż po kompleksową koncepcję pakowania ciastek kruchych. W efekcie, chcemy posiadać produkt, który nie straci swoich walorów smakowych, a będzie mógł być z łatwością transportowany, wielokrotnie przekładany i bezpiecznie składowany przez dłuższy czas. Obecnie, ciastka kruche są bardzo nietrwałe, co bardzo ogranicza możliwości ich sprzedaży do wielkich sieci handlowych i w zasadzie wyklucza możliwość eksportu (zwłaszcza na rynki pozaeuropejskie - ciastka w obecnej formie i opakowaniu nie dotarłyby w całości na rynek docelowy a w transporcie morskim straciłyby przydatność do spożycia. Chcemy więc z jednej strony zatrudnić profesjonalnych projektantów żywności, którzy biorąc pod uwagę trendy i możliwości technologiczne zaprojektują sam wyrób, a z drugiej strony zaprojektują efektywny sposób pakowania w oparciu o torebki wypełnione odpowiednim gazem chroniącym zawartość...
