The project involves research and development on innovative engine technology for the installation of cylinder heads, based on SMART materials, from which brake actuators are to be carried out.The technology will increase the process capacity of the process, improve the roughness parameters of the machined sleeves and will significantly increase the flexibility of the technology line in terms of the ability to adapt quickly and efficiently to the treatment of different types of assortment.The direct objective of the project is to develop the technology and implement it in commercially produced applications from the Applicant.The project will be able to achieve the objective of the project by carrying out the planned work of R & D, as well as through the resources used for the implementation of the project:Competent, experienced staff, to management with experience in coordinating research projects, to support the substantive research body.As a result of the project, the technology will be ready for implementation.In the framework of development work, a prototype of the ‘honourisation machine’ will be created, which will be tested on a representative input group in real terms.     Przedmiotem projektu są prace badawczo-rozwojowe dotyczące innowacyjnej technologii honowania cylindrów silnikowych, wykorzystującej głowice honujące powstałe w oparciu o materiały SMART, z których zostaną wykonane siłowniki wypychające narzędzia honownicze. Technologia przyczyni się do zwiększenia parametrów zdolności procesu, poprawienia parametrów chropowatości obrabianych tulei, a także znacznie zwiększy elastyczność linii technologicznej w zakresie możliwości szybkiego i skutecznego dostosowania do obróbki różnych rodzajów asortymentu. Bezpośrednim celem projektu jest opracowanie technologii oraz wdrożenie jej w produkowanych komercyjnie przez Wnioskodawcę maszynach honowniczych. Osiągnięcie celu projektu będzie możliwe dzięki przeprowadzeniu zaplanowanych prac B+R, a także dzięki zasobom wykorzystanym w realizacji projektu: - kompetentnej, doświadczonej kadrze badawczej, - kadrze zarządzającej z doświadczeniem w koordynacji projektów badawczych, - wsparciu merytorycznemu uznanej jednostki badawczej. W wyniku realizacji projektu powstanie technologia gotowa do wdrożenia. W ramach prac rozwojowych powstanie prototyp maszyny honowniczej, który zostanie przetestowany na reprezentatywnej grupie materiału wejściowego w warunkach rzeczywistych. (Polish)
