The project involves research into a completely new generation of thermal catalytic treatment of plastic waste. The process under consideration consists of the burst of hydrocarbons in the form of heat and a catalyst, without the presence of air (no combustion), resulting in products with new performance (e.g. fuel oil). The project was preceded by the search and testing of these technologies (secure, limited in time and economically justified) and in the conduct of the plants (thermo-catalytic degradation of polyolefins and pyrolysis gum).On the basis of experience, it has been identified that the key technological problems that can fundamentally change the efficiency of this technology are not the reactive system itself, but the parameters for input load to the reactor and the means of receiving and further processing the process products. To build new knowledge in this field, studies will mainly cover simulations and testing of models and design and testing in a quarter-technical condition:The post-reaction system, with the task of taking appropriate action, fractionation, condensation and stabilisation of reaction products that will make it possible to obtain finished products (distributed oil and light fractions) already in the first cycle of the process (as opposed to the currently applied multi-cycle processes).A pre-reaction drying system, a heating system and the delivery of an input load which uses waste heat. The final result of the work will be entirely new knowledge, supported by an installation on a technical basis, and a dossier containing precise technical specifications.Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014). -pre-reakcyjnego układu suszenia, podgrzewu i podawania wsadu wykorzystującego ciepło odpadowe. Efektem finalnym prowadzonych prac będzie całkowicie nowa wiedza poparta instalacją w skali ćwierć-technicznej oraz dokumentacja zawierająca dokładną specyfikację techniczną.
