Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The purpose of the project is to develop the post-production technology of PET coated silicon PET for the purpose of obtaining secondary raw material (regranulate) with elevated physical and mechanical properties.The PET material currently coated with a layer of silicone is used for the manufacture of air-bag pads in the autoclave industry, making it completely defueled from nylon and cotton fabric, which did not pose a problem with recycling.This solution has several important advantages for the operation of the cushion itself, but it poses a major problem during the recycling phase of felling material resulting from the cutting of the material (no alternative to rendering by incineration). this is due to the fact that PET and silicone are raw materials which do not mix, which leads to a lack of processing capacity in order to obtain a homogeneous secondary raw material.Due to the fact that more than 50 million cushions per year are produced in Poland, large amounts of waste are generated, estimated at around 6 tonnes per year (with a growing trend of 12 % r/r), which cannot be processed.The granular BIS project is a response to this pressing problem and the possibility to use the resulting regranate in the production of packaging films and/or various plastic components (ADG, automoative, etc.).The objective of the project will be achieved by setting up a pilot production line for the homogenisation of two non-stirrers of plastics:PET — PET and silicone.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Celem projektu jest opracowanie technologii przetwarzania odpadu poprodukcyjnego tkaniny PET pokrytej silikonem w celu uzyskania surowca wtórnego (regranulatu) o podwyższonych właściwościach fizycznych i mechanicznych. Obecnie tkanina PET pokryta warstwą silikonu wykorzystywana jest do produkcji poduszek powietrznych w branży automotive, całkowicie detronizując produkcję z tkaniny nylonowo-bawełnianej, która nie stwarzała problemu z recyklingiem. Rozwiązanie to ma kilka istotnych zalet z punktu widzenia działania samej poduszki, jednak stwarza duży problem na etapie recyklingu ścinek materiału powstałych przy wycinaniu kształtu (brak alternatywy dla utylizacji poprzez spalanie) Wynika to z faktu, że PET oraz silikon to surowce, które nie mieszają się, co powoduje brak możliwości przetworzenia w celu uzyskania jednorodnego surowca wtórnego. Z uwagi na fakt, że w Polsce produkuje się ponad 50 mln poduszek rocznie powstają duże ilości odpadów, szacowane na około 6 tys. ton rocznie (z tendencją wzrostu o 12% r/r), niemożliwych do przetworzenia. Projekt Granulaty BIS jest odpowiedzią na ten palący problem i możliwość wykorzystania powstałego regranulatu w produkcji folii do pakowania lub różnych elementów z tworzyw sztucznych (zastosowanie w przemyśle ADG, automotive, itd.). Cel projektu zostanie osiągnięty poprzez stworzenie pilotażowej linii produkcyjnej umożliwiają-cej homogenizację dwóch niemieszających się tworzyw sztucznych: politereftalanu etylenu - PET oraz silikonu.
