Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The main objective of the project is to develop a new and innovative facility that uses a novel method to prevent the waste water from being buried in discharge pipes and decommissioning associated processes.The sewage and release of the effluent are generated when the sewage is in a pipeline for more than a few hours under anaerobic conditions.The accumulation of waste water causes many problems, such as:operating, burdensome for the surroundings, corrosion in the collectors and installations of the sewage system, and the process of waste water treatment at plants becomes inefficient and energy-intensive.Common methods to combat measles are usually inefficient and uneconomical.The project will result in an innovative device to wash and aerate the compressed air wastewater pipeline that will replace, usually, inefficient and expensive methods.This device will, in particular, apply to waste water systems equipped with centrifugal pumps and to discharge pipe diameters within the range from DN 80 to DN 200.They will be built, inter alia, on4 equipment prototypes suitable for typical arc diameters, i.e.:Dn80, DN100, DN150, DN200, to be tested first under laboratory conditions and then under real conditions.The results of the project will be introduced to the applicant’s own economic activity and the results of the research will be covered by the protection of industrial property.A new device will be placed on the domestic and foreign markets that responds to market demand.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Głównym celem projektu jest opracowanie nowego, innowacyjnego urządzania wykorzystującego nowatorską metodę zapobiegania zjawisku zagniwania ścieków w rurociągach tłocznych i likwidacji związanych z tym procesem powstających odorów. Zagniwanie ścieków i wydzielające się odory powstają gdy ścieki przebywają w rurociągu dłużej niż kilka godzin w warunkach beztlenowych. Zagniwanie ścieków powoduje wiele problemów takich jak: eksploatacyjne, powstają uciążliwe dla otoczenia odory, korozje w kolektorach i obiektach systemu kanalizacyjnego, zaś sam proces oczyszczania ścieków na oczyszczalniach staje się nieefektywny i energochłonny. Powszechne metody walki z odorami są zwykle nieefektywne i nieekonomiczne. Rezultatem projektu będzie innowacyjne urządzenie do płukania i napowietrzania rurociągu tłocznego ścieków sprężonym powietrzem, które zastąpi, zwykle, mało skuteczne i drogie metody. Urządzenie to będzie miało zastosowanie zwłaszcza do układów pompowych ścieków wyposażonych w pompy wirowe i dla średnic rurociągów tłocznych, w granicach, od DN 80 do DN 200. Zostaną zbudowane m.in. 4 prototypy urządzeń dostosowanych do typowych średnic przewodów tłocznych tj.: DN80, DN100, DN150, DN200, które zostaną przetestowane najpierw w warunkach laboratoryjnych a następnie w warunkach rzeczywistych. Rezultaty projektu zostaną wprowadzone do własnej działalności gospodarczej Wnioskodawcy, zaś wyniki prac badawczych zostaną objęte ochroną własności przemysłowej. Na rynek krajowy i zagraniczny zostanie wprowadzony nowe urządzenie, który odpowiada na zapotrzebowanie rynku. (Polish)
