The aim of the project is to streamline the process parameters in relation to the real conditions for an innovative technology for processing antimicrobials with antimicrobial properties.The project objectives will be pursued through Phase II, Phase I of Industrial Research, Phase II in the Development Framework.As a result of carrying out the project:& bull;The applicant selects 3 types of unembroidered fabric;a washing/dressing process and characteristic antimicrobial properties causing a minimum inhibition of 90 % of the increase of two standard bacterial strains and the fungus reference strain according to the standard PN-EN ISO 20743 & bdnquo, Determination of anti-bacterial activity of finished products with anti-bacterial finishing & rdning;throughout its lifetime.In addition, for these textiles, the biological dose of the active metals (silver ions and copper ions) is to be used to complete their concentration in an appreciation solution that will enable the antimicrobial properties of the antimicrobial (s) in subsequent washing/appreciation cycles to be maintained at a constant level of not less than 90 % inhibition of the increase of two standard bacterial strains and one standard fungus, and & tuber;the impact of the use of hospital linen for patients and protective clothing for the staff of the valued ions of Ag and Cu with antimicrobial and antifungal properties (antimicrobial and antifungal) on the control of nosocomial infections in selected units of hospital s.Numer_reference_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X).Protect_public_pomo_public_:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014). Celem projektu jest optymalizacja parametrów procesowych względem warunków rzeczywistego funkcjonowania innowacyjnej technologii uszlachetniania tkanin o właściwościach przeciwdrobnoustrojowych. Cele projektu będą realizowane poprzez II etapy, I etap w ramach badań przemysłowych, II etap w ramach prac rozwojowych. W wyniku realizacji projektu: • Wnioskodawca wybierze 3 rodzaje tkanin wykazujących najlepsze właściwości użytkowe – wytrzymałościowe i wybarwienia w procesie prania/apreturowania oraz charakteryzujących się właściwościami przeciwdrobnoustrojowymi powodującymi zahamowanie w min. 90% wzrost dwóch wzorcowych szczepów bakterii i wzorcowego szczepu grzyba wg normy PN-EN ISO 20743 „Wyznaczanie aktywności antybakteryjnej wyrobów gotowych z wykończeniem antybakteryjnym” przez cały okres jej użytkowania. Ponadto dla tych tkanin określona zostanie dawka biologicznie aktywnych metali (jonów srebra i miedzi), jaką należy zastosować do uzupełnienia ich stężenia w roztworze apreterskim, która umożliwi zachowanie właściwości przeciwdrobnoustrojowych modyfikowanych tkanin w kolejnych cyklach prania/apreturowania na stałym poziomie, nie mniejszym niż 90% zahamowania wzrostu dwóch wzorcowych szczepów bakterii i jednego wzorcowego szczepu grzyba, oraz • określony zostanie wpływ zastosowania bielizny szpitalnej dla pacjentów oraz odzieży ochronnej dla personelu apreturowanej jonami Ag i Cu o właściwościach przeciwdrobnoustrojowych (przeciwbakteryjnych i przeciwgrzybiczych) na kontrolę zakażeń szpitalnych na wybranych oddziałach szpitalnych.Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X).
