(hereinafter:“Company”, “Applicant”, “VIVE”), a leader in the textile waste industry in Poland and one of the largest industry entrepreneurs in Europe.The Undertaking’s Conceptual Basis addresses the key challenges for the Applicant to look for efficient technologies that automate the production processes of the Company.The foundation of the planned project will be industrial research and development, including from areas of advanced self-learning algorithms.The technological issues that the R & D staff will face are the cornerstone for implementing a process of action that addresses the identified needs of the target audience.As a result of the work carried out by the VIVE Group, the VIVE Group will implement an innovative process that will generate significant savings in the process of pairing, assessing the degree of wear and tear of footwear.The project will ensure the diffusion of knowledge and know-how by, inter alia, collaborating with the selected subcontractor of the State Research Institute. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Planowany projekt dotyczy przeprowadzenia badań przemysłowych oraz prac rozwojowych ukierunkowanych na opracowanie innowacyjnego procesu identyfikacji obuwia z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych metod uczenia maszynowego (dalej: „Projekt”, „Przedsięwzięcie”). Projekt zostanie zrealizowany przez VIVE Textile Recycling Sp. z o.o. (dalej: „Spółka”, „Wnioskodawca”, „VIVE”) lidera w branży przetwórstwa odpadów tekstylnych w Polsce oraz jednego z największych przedsiębiorców z branży w Europie. Założenia koncepcyjne Przedsięwzięcia odpowiadają na kluczowe wyzwania stojące przed Wnioskodawcą związane z koniecznością poszukiwania efektywnych technologii automatyzujących procesy produkcyjne w Spółce. Fundament planowanego Projektu stanowić będą badania przemysłowe oraz prace rozwojowe m.in. z obszarów zaawansowanych samouczących się algorytmów. Zagadnienia technologiczne, z którymi będzie się zmagała zaangażowana kadra badawczo-rozwojowa, stanowią fundament do wdrożenia innowacji procesowej odpowiadającej na zidentyfikowane potrzeby docelowej grupy odbiorców. W rezultacie przeprowadzonych prac badawczo-rozwojowych Grupy VIVE wdroży innowacyjny proces, który pozwoli wygenerować znaczne oszczędności w toku prowadzonego procesu parowania, oceny stopnia zużycia i wyceny obuwia. Projekt zapewni efekt dyfuzji wiedzy i know-how m.in. poprzez współpracę z wybranym podwykonawcą Ośrodkiem Przetwarzania Informacji – Państwowym Instytutem Badawczym. (Polish)
