    Przedsięwzięcie zakłada budowę oraz zakup środków trwałych w postaci specjalistycznej aparatury badawczej na powstanie Centrum Badawczo-Rozwojowego w PROMAR PPH Sp. z o.o. W wyniku realizacji projektu stworzone zostaną warunku materialne do przeprowadzenia prac B+R ujętych w agendzie badawczej (dwa obszary badawcze, w ramach których określono 6 tematów). Badania prowadzone będą przez doświadczonych naukowców, najlepszych w kraju specjalistów w obszarach wskazanych w agendzie. W realizacji badań brać będą udział jednostki naukowe, dzięki czemu Wnioskodawca zyska zdolność do transferu wiedzy i technologii z obszaru żywności wysokiej jakości. W ramach przedsięwzięcia powstanie innowacyjna formuła żelu alginianowego do produkcji jadalnej osłonki roślinnej oraz unikatowa technologia aplikacji żelu na linii produkcyjnej. Z uwagi na powyższe projekt ma charakter innowacji produktowej i procesowej. Przeprowadzenie badań będzie możliwe dzięki uzyskaniu wsparcia finansowego ze środków UE. (Polish)
