The project involves carrying out the work of R & D by the Applicant, i.e.Locksmith’s infill services.Paweł SIWAK in collaboration with the scientific body, i.e.The Institute of Plastics in Poznań for the purpose of developing innovative heating and cooling electrodes used in the manufacture of springs used in the manufacture of springs and hard process materials of nanocrystalline carbide materials formed by rapid magneto-plasma (‘SPS’).The main components of innovation are planned to apply a technological solution that enables the receiving of innovative electrodes and tools which are characterised by:greater scleral, more fragile cracking, increased durability against competitive heating and wire electrodes (Mitshubidshi, Zhuzhou Tongyi Industry) and hard materials treatment tools (Sandvik, Barilenite). The project will contribute to strengthening the competitiveness and innovation of the company by undertaking a comprehensive R & D work, followed by the implementation of new innovative products to the Applicant’s bid. That will be achieved through:A comprehensive industrial research verifying the assumptions and developmental work associated with the creation of prototype electrodes for heating and tempering of wire and hard materials (product innovation), which will be applied to the machinery industry, to cover the developed patent protection solutions, to implement the R & D results (economic activity in Poland). The project will allow the company to increase its exports on the existing market. Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie prac B+R przez Wnioskodawcę, tj. USŁUGI ŚLUSARSKIE mgr inż. Paweł SIWAK we współpracy z jednostka naukową, tj. Instytutem Obróbki Plastycznej w Poznaniu celem opracowania innowacyjnych elektrod do nagrzewania i hartowania drutu stosowanych w produkcji sprężyn oraz narzędzi do obróbki twardych materiałów z nanokrystalicznych węglików spiekanych wytwarzanych metodą szybkiego spiekania iskrowo-plazmowego (SPS). Główne elementy innowacyjności stanowią planowane do zastosowania rozwiązania technologiczne umożliwiające otrzymywanie innowacyjnych elektrod i narzędzi charakteryzujących się: większą twardością, większą odpornością na kruche pękanie, zwiększoną trwałością w stosunku do konkurencyjnych elektrod do nagrzewania i hartowania drutu (Mitshubishi, Zhuzhou Tongyi Industry) i narzędzi do obróbki twardych materiałów (Sandvik, Baildonit). Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do wzmocnienia konkurencyjności i podniesienia poziomu innowacyjności firmy, poprzez przeprowadzenie kompleksowych prac B+R, a następnie wdrożenie nowych, innowacyjnych produktów do oferty Wnioskodawcy. Zostanie to osiągnięte poprzez: - kompleksowe badania przemysłowe weryfikujące założenia i prace rozwojowe związane z wytworzeniem prototypowych elektrod do nagrzewania i hartowania drutu oraz narzędzi do obróbki twardych materiałów (innowacja produktowa), które będą miały zastosowanie w przemyśle maszynowym, - objęcie opracowanych rozwiązań ochroną patentową, - wdrożenie wyników B+R (działalność gospodarcza na terenie RP). Przeprowadzenie projektu pozwoli firmie na zwiększenie eksportu na dotychczasowych rynkach zbytu. (Polish)
