Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:art:25 Commission Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The aim of the project is to develop an innovative technology for the transport and unloading of turnouts in longitudinal blocks.As a result of this work, a technology demonstrator consisting of Switcher wagons supplemented by a wagon with a flat platform and gantry cranes with a transport truck will be created.At present, there is no solution in Europe for the construction of a prefabricated roll (in blocks) on a single-track line.On the multi-spot track, the point is a recurrent problem with the obtaining of track closures, which often leads to the need to abandon the pre-prefabrication method in blocks.Innovative technology will consist of:1. transport technology using a new wagon wagon equipped with a flat platform and using a roll of gantry and transport trolley;2. unloading technology — unloading by use of gantry cranes;3. building technology — transportation of breakpoints blocks using a wheelchair to enter the run-up area through the use of wheelsets and road — rail.The technology developed will provide the possibility to unload and build blocks of switches of up to 1200 meters on one track, two track lines without the attachment of the neighbouring track.The direct recipients of the services provided with the new technology will be the implementing firms carrying out construction work on the construction of tracks, i.e.:EU, Traction PRKiI, Budimex, PORR, Strabag, Torpol, Skanska, PNUIK, DOLCOM, PPMT, ZGOK DOM.Since 2016, PKP PLK (final recipient of the project) has implemented the Id-114 instruction — Technical conditions for the execution and reception of the works. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Celem projektu jest opracowanie innowacyjnej technologii transportu i rozładunku rozjazdów w blokach metodą wzdłużną. W wyniku prac zostanie stworzony demonstrator technologii składający się z wagonów Switcher uzupełniony o wagon z platformą płaską oraz suwnice bramowe z wózkiem transportowym. Obecnie w Europie nie ma rozwiązania pozwalającego na zabudowę prefabrykowanego rozjazdu (w blokach) na linii jednotorowej. Natomiast na liniach wielotorowych newralgicznym punktem jest powtarzający się problem z uzyskaniem zamknięć torowych, co często skutkuje koniecznością rezygnacji z metody zabudowy rozjazdu prefabrykowanego- w blokach. Innowacyjna technologia składać się będzie z: 1. technologii transportu z wykorzystaniem nowego wagonu Switcher wyposażonego w platformę płaską oraz z wykorzystaniem zestawu suwnic bramowych i wózka transportowego; 2. technologii rozładunku – rozładunek przy użyciu zestawu suwnic bramowych; 3. technologii zabudowy - transport bloków rozjazdowych przy wykorzystaniu wózka mającego możliwość wjazdu na obszar zabudowy rozjazdu poprzez zastosowanie zestawów kołowych i drogowo- kolejowych. Opracowana technologia zapewni możliwość rozładunku i zabudowy bloków rozjazdów o promieniach do 1200 metrów na liniach jednotorowych, linii dwutorowej bez zajęcia toru sąsiedniego. Bezpośrednimi odbiorcami usług realizowanych przy pomocy nowej technologii będą firmy wykonawcze realizujące prace budowlane w zakresie zabudowy torowisk, tj.: ZUE, Trakcja PRKiI, Budimex, PORR, Strabag, Torpol, Skanska, PNUIK, DOLKOM, PPMT, ZRK DOM. Od 2016 roku PKP PLK (końcowy odbiorca projektu) wdraża w życie instrukcję Id-114 - Warunki techniczne wykonania i odbioru robót nawier (Polish)
