Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The object of the project is a laser interferometer for the reduction of geometrical errors of CNC and CMM’s geometric errors.The equipment will make it possible to compensate according to the most recent standard ISO TR16907 (15.03.2015).It will provide compensation for all 21 sources of error for the machinery of the Cartesian system, and will be characterised by ease of use and very short time of measurement.In order to achieve the above objectives, a new measurement system combining linear measurements with diagonal measurements is proposed.The operation of the system shall be based on the simultaneous measurement of four laser beams and two measuring heads.The measuring heads shall be reciprocally incorporated and worked in a differential system.During the metering, one of them will be able to measure the working table of the machine, while the other traffic parameters.Recommended differential measurement techniques will be used.The plane of the table will be the reference for measuring the geometry of the machine.The beam direction switching system will allow measurement in three mutually perpendicular traffic directions and six bias with the same set of a laser head.As a result, the measurement of all 21 degrees of freedom of the machine in the Cartesian system will be possible at once the alignment of the laser head.The test time of the machine will be comparable to the time of measurement using the meters.After the measurements have been taken, the system will automatically generate a wet offsetting matrix for the installation of the machine.Measurement and accuracy will be the highest in the world. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu jest interferometr laserowy do wolumetrycznej kompensacji błędów geometrycznych maszyn CNC oraz CMM. Urządzenie umożliwi kompensację zgodnie z najnowszą normą ISO TR16907 (15.03.2015). Zapewni kompensację wszystkich 21 źródeł błędów dla maszyn w układzie kartezjańskim, charakteryzować się będzie łatwością obsługi i bardzo krótkim czasem pomiarów. Aby osiągnąć wyżej wymienione cele, zaproponowano całkowicie nowy system pomiarowy łączący w sobie pomiary liniowe z pomiarami diagonalnymi. Praca systemu polegać będzie na jednoczesnym pomiarze czterema wiązkami laserowymi i dwiema głowicami pomiarowymi. Głowice pomiarowe będą ze sobą sprzężone i będą pracować w układzie różnicowym. Podczas przejazdu pomiarowego, jedna z nich będzie mierzyła płaskość stołu roboczego maszyny, podczas gdy druga parametry ruchu maszyny. Wykorzystana zostanie zaleta techniki pomiarów różnicowych. Płaszczyzna stołu będzie stanowiła odniesienie dla pomiarów geometrii maszyny. System przełączania kierunku wiązki umożliwi pomiary w trzech wzajemnie prostopadłych kierunkach ruchu oraz sześciu diagonalnych z tego samego ustawienia głowicy lasera. Dzięki temu pomiar wszystkich 21 stopni swobody maszyny w układzie kartezjańskim będzie możliwy przy jednokrotnym justowaniu ustawienia głowicy laserowej. Czas badania maszyny będzie porównywalny z czasem pomiaru przy wykorzystaniu tracerów. Po wykonaniu pomiarów , system wygeneruje w sposób automatyczny macierz kompensacji wolumetrycznej dla układu starowania maszyny. Rozdzielczości i dokładności pomiarowe będą najwyższe na świecie.
