The project involves the development of concrete products, concrete blocks, concrete slabs and kerbs, with increased resistance to atmospheric agents, soiling or the development of fungi and moulds, and the creation of a pick-up.Technology will also be developed at industrial scale.The main technological assumption is the development of products of such a surface that will enable an effective and sustainable coating application.This will also lead to the minimisation of capillary pores on its surface and the reduction of surface moisture.The full production system to produce the expected performance of products on the industrial scale, including a prototype technology module for securing their area, will then be examined.The project is based on the positive results of the research and development already carried out on patent application No P.429913:& quot; manufacture of setts, cube and brass-cube cubes;.The objectives of the project will be achieved in both industrial and development research on the products themselves and on the way they are produced.Research activities will include seeking an optimal way of measuring the moisture content of the components of the products, how they are blended, matured and laminated.SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:art:25 Commission Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie wyrobów z betonu- kostki betonowej, płyt betonowych oraz krawężników, cechujących się podwyższoną odpornością na czynniki atmosferyczne, zabrudzenia czy rozwój grzybów i pleśni, a także powstawanie wykwitów. Opracowana będzie również technologia ich wytwarzania w skali przemysłowej. Głównym założeniem technologicznym jest opracowanie wyrobów o takiej powierzchni, która będzie umożliwiała skuteczną i trwałą aplikację powłoki ochronnej. Dzięki temu nastąpi również minimalizacja porów kapilarnych, występujących na jej powierzchni oraz obniżenie poziomu wilgoci powierzchniowej. Następnie przebadany zostanie pełny reżim produkcyjny, umożliwiający produkcję w skali przemysłowej wyrobów o oczekiwanych parametrach, w tym zbudowany zostanie prototyp modułu technologicznego do zabezpieczania ich powierzchni. Podstawą do realizacji projektu są pozytywne wyniki już przeprowadzonych prac badawczo-rozwojowych, zakończonych zgłoszeniem patentowym nr P.429913 pt. "Sposób wytwarzania kostki brukowej i kostka brukowa". Cele projektu będą osiągnięte w toku zarówno badań przemysłowych, jak i prac rozwojowych dotyczących zarówno samych wyrobów, jak i sposobu ich wytwarzania.
