Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Projekt, ma na celu opracowanie innowacyjnego w skali europejskiej kompleksowego, modułowego rozwiązania technologicznego suszenia odpadów i produktów ubocznych przemysłu owocowo-warzywnego przeznaczonych na cele spożywcze, paszowe i do produkcji pektyn. Projekt realizowany będzie w dwóch etapach badawczych, jednym rozwojowym oraz przedwdrożeniowym. Projekt dotyczy wdrożenia innowacyjności PRODUKTOWEJ-opracowania prototypu hybrydowej suszarni do suszenia odpadów i produktów ubocznych przemysłu owocowo-warzywnego. Rozwiązanie technologiczne umożliwi suszenie za pomocą gorącego powietrza, w znacząco obniżonej temperaturze, w porównaniu z najczęściej stosowaną metodą suszenia tego typu produktów. Zmiany technologiczne, wpłyną istotnie na podwyższoną jakość produktów końcowych procesu suszenia. Będą mogły być one przeznaczone na dalsze cele paszowe i pektynowe, jak również–z uwagi na wysoką jakość–na cele spożywcze np. jako dodatki do herbat owocowych czy mieszanek warzywnych. Dzięki przyspieszeniu procesu suszenia, obniżone zostaną koszty eksploatacji instalacji. Rozwiązanie technologiczne jest odpowiedzią na zapotrzebowanie firm działających w branży w zakresie wydajnych rozwiązań technologicznych z uwzględnieniem potrzeb zapewnienia wysokiej jakości procesów przy obniżonych kosztach. Suszenie jest bowiem jednym z najważniejszych procesów podstawowych przemysłu spożywczego, jednak procesem wymagającym. Technologia będąca przedmiotem projektu znajduje się na III poziomie TRL tj. potwierdzono analitycznie i funkcjonalnie krytyczne funkcje i koncepcje rozwiązania.
