Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:art:25 Commission Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The purpose of this project is to carry out (b) industrial, development and pre-implementation on innovative diagnostic technology in the form of the HEMOFLOW cloud platform, for a non-invasive, haemodynamic assessment based on the licensed patenting of the originator technology and SIL-FFR (in Silicco functional Flow Reserve) Applicant.The implementation of the project will allow the implementation of an extended and non-invasive diagnosis of ischaemic heart disease, including both an anatomical/structural assessment and a functional assessment of the blood flow in the coronary artery correlated with the assessment of the degree of perfusion of the microkardium based on the following clinical data:medical history, CCTA imaging data and 1-3 min continuous blood pressure signal measurement (CNBP — Contininous Intinous Block Pressure).HEMOFLOW platform mobilised in the SaS modelSoftware as a Service) will supply inspector tools.Based on Comp Model.In Silico (CFD) using numerators of liquids (CFD — Computing Fluid Dynamics).They will give the user (s) the option to carry out a stand-alone structural and functional assessment of virtual 3D coronary artery arterial reconstruction (virtual measurement of the sub-reserve of coronary artery disease — FFR) correlated with 3D visualisation of a mitokardium (virtual 3D perfusion maps).According to the current state of the knowledge, there is no product available on the market in Silco, together, these two types of diagnostic information improved by the correlation between flow in coronary arteries and the degree of myocardial infarction.This solution, at the time of the confirmation of its effectiveness in b (English) | |||

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem niniejszego Projektu jest przeprowadzenie b. przemysłowych, prac rozwojowych oraz przedwdrożeniowych nad innowacyjną technologią diagnostyczną w postaci platformy chmurowej HEMOFLOW, do nieinwazyjnej oceny hemodynamicznej bazującej na objętej procesem patentowania autorskiej technologii iSIL-FFR (in Silico Fractional Flow Reserve) Wnioskodawcy. Realizacja projektu umożliwi wykonanie rozszerzonej i nieinwazyjnej diagnostyki choroby niedokrwiennej serca obejmującej zarówno ocenę anatomiczną/strukturalną jak również ocenę czynnościową przepływu krwi w tętnicach wieńcowych skorelowaną z oceną stopnia perfuzji miokardium w oparciu o następujące dane kliniczne: wywiad lekarski, dane obrazowe z badania CCTA (Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography) oraz 1-3 min. ciągły pomiar sygnału fali ciśnienia krwi ( CNBP - Continous Noninvasive Blood Pressure). PLATFORMA HEMOFLOW, uruchamiana w modelu SaaS (ang. Software as a Service), będzie dostarczać narzędzi diagn. Bazujących na modelowaniu komp. (in Silico) z wykorzystaniem numerycznej mechaniki płynów (CFD – Computational Fluid Dynamics). Dadzą one użytkownikowi (lekarzowi) możliwość wykonania samodzielnej oceny strukturalnej i czynnościowej na wirtualnej 3D rekonstrukcji tętnic wieńcowych (wirtualny pomiar Cząstkowej Rezerwy Przepływu wieńcowego – FFR) skorelowanej z 3D wizualizacją miokardium (wirtualne 3D mapy stopnia perfuzji). Według aktualnego stanu wiedzy, nie istnieje na rynku produkt udostępniający in Silico łącznie te dwa rodzaje informacji diagnostycznej ulepszone o korelacje między przepływem w tętnicach wieńcowych a stopniem ukrwienia mięśnia sercowego.
