Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).DAMPOL provides service reviewing and regeneration services of viscose and spring-loaded wheel rims for the internal combustion engine and produces small rubber silencers for passenger cars.A proper assessment of the state of silencers (for used silencers) and quality (for new silencers) is crucial.At present, there is no standard method in the market for diagnosing and regenerating the torsional vibration dampers.Therefore, the current diagnostic methods do not guarantee its effectiveness.In response to this situation, the applicant will develop and implement, as part of this project, a new technology for diagnostics and the selection of methodologies for the regeneration of silencers on the basis of a new market and a high-innovation function for dynamic testing of torsional vibration dampers.This will be a technological innovation that will enable the testing of the beneficial properties of silencers by assigning their amplitude characteristics & ndabsh;both before and after the regeneration process.The post will also serve to provide a completely new service in the offer, i.e. comprehensive and comprehensive quality control of the quality of rubber silencers for passenger cars manufactured by the Applicant.This will ensure that the firm reaches the main objective of the project, i.e. the increase in the competitiveness of the firm DAMPOL on the market. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Firma DAMPOL świadczy usługi przeglądów i regeneracji wiskotycznych i sprężynowych tłumików drgań skrętnych wału korbowego silnika spalinowego oraz produkuje małe tłumiki gumowe do silników aut osobowych. W działalności tej kluczowa jest prawidłowa ocena stanu tłumików (dla tłumików używanych) i jakości (dla nowych tłumików). Obecnie nie istnieje na rynku żadna standardowa metoda diagnozowania oraz regenerowania tłumików drgań skrętnych. Dlatego też obecne metody diagnostyczne nie gwarantują jej skuteczności. W odpowiedzi na tą sytuację Wnioskodawca opracuje oraz wdroży w ramach niniejszego projektu nową technologię diagnostyki i doboru metod regeneracji tłumików w oparciu nowe na rynku i wysoko-innowacyjne stanowisko do badań dynamicznych tłumików drgań skrętnych. Będzie to innowacja technologiczna, która umożliwi badanie własności użytkowych tłumików poprzez wyznaczanie ich charakterystyk amplitudowo-częstotliwościowych – zarówno przed procesem regeneracji jak i po niej. Stanowisko będzie również służyć do realizacji zupełnie nowej usługi w ofercie tj. kompleksowej i pełnej kontroli jakości tłumików gumowych do silników aut osobowych, produkowanych przez Wnioskodawcę. Dzięki temu firma osiągnie główny cel projektu tj. wzrost konkurencyjności firmy DAMPOL na rynku. (Polish)
