Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project intended to be implemented by WWAX Sp. z o.o. refers to the carrying out of research and development (R & D) to develop the technology for the oxidation of the polyolefin raw materials in aqueous dispersion and the production of water emulsions with them, followed by the creation of pilot installations for oxidised and aqueous waxes.The objective that WWAX will achieve as a result of the project is to increase innovation and the Company’s competitiveness by developing product innovation and procedural innovation.The main achievement of the project in the innovation process will be to develop and enable the exploitation in practice of an innovative, internationally innovative technology for the oxidation of polyolefins and polyolefins in an aqueous dispersion not used by any other entity.The positive results of the tests, confirmed on the pilot plant, will allow the insertion of two types of new products in the WWAX bid.The first will be of high quality oxidised polyolefin waxes, a second aqueous emulsion, resulting from the application of the relevant technology and formulation developed in the course of the implementation of the project.The use of the solutions developed in the project will enable the Company to obtain products which are highly desirable on the market in terms of quality and use, such as a better colour, increased resistance to abrasion, or a greater degree of hydrophobic which will differ in their offer from competitors in the market.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Projekt, który zamierza zrealizować WIWAX Sp. z o.o. dotyczy przeprowadzania prac badawczo-rozwojowych, których celem jest opracowanie technologii dla procesu utleniania surowców poliolefinowych w dyspersji wodnej i wytworzenia z nich emulsji wodnych, a następnie stworzenia instalacji pilotażowych wosków utlenionych i emulsji wodnych. Celem, który WIWAX osiągnie w wyniku realizacji Projektu jest zwiększenie innowacyjności oraz konkurencyjności Spółki poprzez opracowanie innowacji produktowej oraz innowacji procesowej. Głównym osiągnieciem Projektu w ramach innowacyjności procesowej będzie rozwinięcie i umożliwienie wykorzystania w praktyce gospodarczej innowacyjnej w skali międzynarodowej technologii utleniania wosków poliolefinowych i poliolefin w dyspersji wodnej, która nie jest wykorzystywana przez żaden inny podmiot. Pozytywne wyniki badań, potwierdzone na instalacji pilotażowej, umożliwią wprowadzenie do oferty WIWAX dwóch rodzajów nowych produktów. Pierwszym z nich będą wysokojakościowe utlenione woski poliolefinowe, drugim emulsje wodne, powstałe w wyniku zastosowania odpowiedniej, wypracowanej w ramach realizacji przedsięwzięcia technologii oraz receptury. Wykorzystanie opracowanych w Projekcie rozwiązań umożliwi Spółce otrzymanie produktów o niezwykle pożądanych na rynku cechach jakościowych i użytkowych jak m.in. lepszej barwie, zwiększonej odporność na ścieranie, czy większej hydrofobowości, które wyróżnią jej propozycję na tle funkcjonujących na rynku konkurentów.
