The project focuses on the implementation of industrial research and development leading to the development and validation of innovative manufacturing technologies for the upholstery framework as a primary intermediate in the manufacture of upholstered furniture.The project will be implemented in response to market demand on the part of customers, with a view to faster performance and better product quality, with increased diversity and a small number of contracts.The author’s way of production is the solution to the current global technological problem of the inability of (cost efficiency) to automate the manufacture of upholstered furniture.Its essential elements have been declared for patent protection and the solution itself is ground-breaking and innovative on a global scale (as explained in section III.3).The project will consist of 4 phases.A detailed concept of automation and robotisation of the manufacturing of the upholstery framework will be developed under the 1th Framework.A demonstration of the technology subsystem in the form of a construction node consisting of the core modules will be built in the 2th. this will be the initial phase of the automation of the technology.In the frame of development, the prototype will be extended to the second node of the construction and transport systems of raw materials and materials (extended automation).In step 4, the technology demonstrator will be completed by equipping it with a module for the automatic transport, monitoring and management of the production line.In accordance with Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014) (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja badań przemysłowych i prac rozwojowych prowadzących do opracowania i zweryfikowania nowatorskiej technologii produkcji ram tapicerskich, jako podstawowego półproduktu w procesie wytwarzania mebli tapicerowanych. Projekt będzie realizowany w odpowiedzi na rynkowe zapotrzebowanie ze strony odbiorców, dotyczące szybszej realizacji zamówień i lepszej jakości produktów przy zwiększonej różnorodności i małoseryjnej liczbie zamówień. Autorski sposób produkcji stanowi rozwiązanie dotychczas występującego w skali globalnej technologicznego problemu braku możliwości (opłacalności) automatyzacji produkcji mebli tapicerowanych. Jego zasadnicze elementy zostały zgłoszone do ochrony patentowej, a samo rozwiązanie jest przełomowe i nowatorskie w skali globalnej (wyjaśniono w części III.3). Realizacja projektu składała się będzie z 4 etapów. W ramach 1. opracowana zostanie szczegółowa koncepcja automatyzacji i robotyzacji produkcji ram tapicerskich. W 2. zbudowany zostanie demonstrator podsystemu technologii w postaci węzła konstrukcyjnego składającego się podstawowych modułów, co stanowiło będzie etap wstępnej automatyzacji technologii. W ramach prac rozwojowych prototyp zostanie rozbudowywany o drugi węzeł konstrukcyjny i systemy transportu surowców i materiałów (automatyzacja rozszerzona). W etapie 4. demonstrator technologii zostanie ukończony poprzez wyposażenie go w moduł automatycznego transportu, monitorowania i zarządzania linią produkcyjną. Zgodnie z art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz.
