SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LThe EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014).The beam is a unique equipment line optimised for the bottom geometry, taking into account parameters such as:associated speed of a gear player, change in the position of the centre of gravity and the sensitivity of the boat to its movement.These features cover a clear market gap, increase the final performance of equipment and improve its physical operation by a player.The project will focus on developing optimal solutions for new design, their research on technology demonstrators.In this respect, the Project does not deviate from the usual methodology of R & D and contains all the usual stages.The product targets will have the potential to escape the highest global players and for people with disabilities.In addition to the standard product chapter by weight, they are expected to be adjusted to the length of the professions and to optimise resistance from the mobile centre of gravity generated by the player.This will be one of the major challenges of the project.For achieving the objectives, two stages of work (BP + PR) are foreseen, the latter will also be the test phase in the basin, under conditions that are close to actual ones.The project implementation period is four years.With the very great experience of the WSEG, one of the world leaders for the production of sport boats, and in collaboration with the scientific unit there is a real opportunity to take part of the market from direct competition through the creation of its own class (...)     SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014).Przedmiotem Projektu są prace badawcze z dziedziny wysokich technologii, które zmierzają do ulokowania na rynku wysoce innowacyjnego, nie występującego dotychczas w branży, wyczynowego sprzętu pływającego w postaci łodzi do wyścigów sportowych. Bedzie to unikalna linia sprzętów, zoptymalizowanych pod względem geometrii dna, z uwzględnieniem parametrów jak: prędkość osiągana przez zawodnika na zadanym dystansie, zmiana położenia środka ciężkości i wrażliwość łodzi na jego przemieszczanie. Cechy te, pokrywają wyraźną lukę rynkową, zwiększają finalnie osiągi sprzętu i poprawiają warunki jego fizycznej eksploatacji przez zawodnika. Prace w Projekcie będą się skupiały na opracowaniu rozwiązań optymalnych dla nowej konstrukcji, ich badaniach na demonstratorach technologii. Pod tym względem Projekt nie odbiega od typowej metodologii prowadzenia prac B+R i zawiera wszystkie typowe etapy. Docelowe wyroby będą posiadały możliwość customizacji dla zawodników najwyższej rangi światowej oraz dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Oprócz standardowego rozdziału produktów wg wagi zakłada się ich dostosowanie do długości dystansu w zawodach oraz optymalizację oporów pochodzących od ruchomego środka ciężkości, generowanego przez zawodnika. Będzie to jedno z głównych wyzwań Projektu. Dla osiągniecia celów przewiduje się realizację dwóch etapów prac (BP+PR), ostatni z nich będzie również etapem badań na basenie, w warunkach zbliżonych do rzeczywistych. Okres realizacji Projektu obejmuje cztery lata. Przy bardzo dużym doświadczeniu WSEG, jednego z liderów produkcji łodzi sportowych na świecie, oraz przy współpracy jednostki naukowej istnieje realna szansa na przejęcie części rynku od bezpośredniej konkurencji, poprzez utworzenie własnej klasy (...)
