The iterative process processes leading to a key for the global economy of chemical products require the use of effective enabling substance systems.Specialised surface/active compounds (surfactants) are improving and often allow the processing of technological processes.Although their share is small (often less than 1 % weight by weight), the use of surfactants significantly defines the useful properties of the finished product while also affecting the economic and ecological effects of the process.The project focuses on the development of fusion technology for new chemical structures and the acquisition of know-how on the applications of these substances that are potentially applicable in the key industrial sector of coating materials.The objective of the project will be achieved by:— The development of synthetic polymer based synthesis technologies with improved dispersion characteristics in paint and varnish formulations than to existing products on world markets.— The price of applications for the substances and mixtures of substances to be produced as specialist coating materials, based on organic raw materials which do not contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs) & rest;thus, in response to strict consumer requirements.To verify the developed technology on an industrial scale.— Strengthening the Applicant’s Research and Development Unit by developing the necessary apparatus to supervise technological processes and to identify the impact of the newly formed compounds on the key application parameters of the dye products.A key aspect of the project is the development of products that will not be confused? Wieloetapowe procesy technologiczne, prowadzące do uzyskania kluczowych dla światowej gospodarki produktów chemicznych, wymagają zastosowania efektywnych układów substancji wspomagających. Specjalistyczne związki powierzchniowo-czynne (surfaktanty) usprawniają, a niejednokrotnie umożliwiają zajście procesów technologicznych. Mimo że ich udział jest niewielki (często poniżej 1% wag. w przeliczeniu na całą formulację), zastosowanie surfaktantów w znaczący sposób definiuje właściwości użytkowe wyrobu gotowego, wpływając jednocześnie na efekty ekonomiczne i ekologiczne procesu. Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie technologii syntezy nowych struktur chemicznych oraz zdobycie know-how w zakresie aplikacji tych substancji, mających potencjalne zastosowanie w kluczowej branży przemysłowej materiałów powłokowych. Cel projektu zostanie osiągnięty przez: - Opracowanie technologii syntezy nowej grupy powierzchniowo-czynnych polimerów (tzw. surfaktantów polimerycznych) o lepszych właściwościach dyspergujących w formulacjach farb i lakierów niż dotychczasowe produkty dostępne na światowych rynkach. - Ocenę właściwości aplikacyjnych opracowywanych substancji i ich mieszanin jako składników specjalistycznych materiałów powłokowych, bazujących na ekologicznych surowcach, niezawierających lotnych związków organicznych (LZO) – odpowiadając tym samym na rygorystyczne wymagania odbiorców. - Zweryfikowanie opracowanych technologii w skali przemysłowej. - Wzmocnienie Działu Badawczego-Rozwojowego Wnioskodawcy poprzez rozbudowę niezbędnej bazy aparaturowej, umożliwiającej nadzór nad procesami technologicznymi oraz określenie wpływu nowopowstałych związków na najważniejsze parametry aplikacyjne wyrobów farbiarskich.
