In the growing plants, specialist fertilisers are increasingly being sought for specific arable crops, with the aim of reducing nutrients.On the basis of pre-developed bio-products formulas for & ndash;the project, which was improved by the project, will develop innovative, organo-mineral fertilisers (Specialisd Organ-Mineral Fertilisers, SOMF) containing micro-elements in a biological form, biobased fertilisers and plant growth promoters.The new formulas will be dedicated to specific crops, taking into account the local composition of the soil, ensuring controlled release of fertilising components as well as their higher bioavailability and a more efficient use of the plants.The production of SOMF will be carried out using a renewable and non-renewable raw materials base using a modular modular installation designed for that purpose.The proposed solution & extra;it will be unique in Europe to combine different manufacturing technologies for plant products, through an appropriate combination of modules with different functions (including palolucialisation reactor, extractor, sorbet, granule, etc.), making it possible to obtain a compound fertiliser formulation.The flexible production system will enable the Azoty group ZWiK S.A. to implement a new form of cooperation with the customer and enter the market for specialist fertilisers, increasing the competitiveness of the company. W uprawie roślin coraz częściej poszukuje się nawozów specjalistycznych o składzie dostosowanym do konkretnych roślin uprawnych, dążąc do ograniczenia składników nawozowych. Bazując na wcześniej opracowanych formulacjach bio-produktów dla roślin – udoskonalonych w ramach projektu, wytworzone zostaną innowacyjne, organiczno-mineralne nawozy specjalistyczne (Specialized Organo-Mineral Fertilizers, SOMF) zawierające mikroelementy w biologicznej postaci, bionawozy i stymulatory wzrostu roślin. Nowe formulacje będą dedykowane pod konkretne uprawy z uwzględnieniem lokalnego składu gleby, zapewniając kontrolowaną kinetykę uwalniania składników nawozowych, jak również ich większą przyswajalność oraz efektywniejsze wykorzystanie przez rośliny. Produkcja SOMF będzie prowadzona z wykorzystaniem odnawialnej i nieodnawialnej bazy surowcowej, przy użyciu zaprojektowanej w tym celu innowacyjnej, pilotowej instalacji modułowej. Proponowane rozwiązanie – unikalne w skali Europy, będzie polegało na łączeniu różnych technologii wytwarzania produktów dla roślin poprzez odpowiednią kombinację modułów o różnych funkcjach (w tym reaktora do solubilizacji, ekstraktora, sorberów, granulatorów), umożliwiającą otrzymanie formulacji nawozowej o zadanym składzie. Elastyczny system produkcji pozwoli Grupie Azoty ZAK S.A. na implementację nowej formy współpracy z klientem i wejścia na rynek nawozów specjalistycznych, zwiększając konkurencyjność firmy. (Polish)
