(hereinafter:& bdquo: applicant & rdning; & bdn; & rdning Company & rdr., FUD Technologies & rdning;) planned R & D work to build a crane, equipped with a structural feature to enable the crane to work in difficult wind conditions.The objective of the project will be achieved as a result of the implementation of:1.Industrial research, including:an examination of the impact of the shape and material of the carrier;(b) Development of a design concept for crane work in difficult wind conditions;carrying of computer analyses on the degree of stress and deformation of the gantry and of the additional construction solutions.2.Development work involving the development of a pilot design incorporating an element increasing the permissible wind speed and carrying out pilot tests under real conditions.3.Pre-implementation work including the preparation of a reception documentation and a state of the art investigation.The product developed by the Company will be offered on the Polish and international markets and the demonstration of the prototype (English)

    Przedmiotem Projektu jest stworzenie i demonstracja pierwszej polskiej, innowacyjnej suwnicy bramowej służącej do prac z wielkogabarytowymi konstrukcjami o nieregularnych kształtach produkowanymi i transportowanymi w stoczniach, portach morskich oraz fabrykach konstrukcji offshore. Realizacja Projektu przyczyni się do rozwoju przemysłu stoczniowego, przemysłu portowego oraz innych gałęzi przemysłu ciężkiego poprzez nacisk na automatyzację zachodzących w nich procesów technologicznych oraz zmniejszanie wpływu elementów pogody na płynność i efektywność pracy oraz przepustowość ładunkową. Obniży koszt produkcji i zwiększy konkurencyjność polskiego przemysłu stoczniowego. FUD Technologies Sp. z o.o. (dalej: „Wnioskodawca”, „Spółka”, „FUD Technologies”) zaplanował przeprowadzenie prac B+R dążących do stworzenia urządzenia dźwigowego, wyposażonego w element konstrukcyjny umożliwiający pracę suwnicy w trudnych warunkach wietrznych. Cel Projektu zostanie osiągnięty w wyniku realizacji: 1. Badań przemysłowych obejmujących: a) Badanie wpływu kształtu i materiału elementów nośnych suwnicy; b) Opracowanie koncepcji rozwiązania konstrukcyjnego umożliwiającego pracę suwnicy w trudnych warunkach wietrznych; c) Przeprowadzenie analiz komputerowych badających stopień naprężenia i odkształcenia suwnicy oraz dodatkowych rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych. 2. Prac rozwojowych obejmujących opracowanie konstrukcji pilotażowej uwzględniającej element zwiększający dopuszczalną prędkość wiatru oraz przeprowadzenie testów pilotażowych w warunkach rzeczywistych. 3. Prac przedwdrożeniowych obejmujących przygotowanie dokumentacji odbiorowej oraz badanie stanu techniki. Produkt opracowany przez Spółkę będzie oferowany na rynku polskim i międzynarodowym, a demonstracja prototypu (Polish)
