Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The main objective of the project is to carry out a comprehensive study on the possibility to use highly concentrated ultrasonic beam (RM) technology (RM), so-called thermoabation, in the uterus for muscular therapy.The project will include literature studies and a detailed epidemiological analysis.This work will allow patients to be qualified for clinical trials comparing traditional methods and a method of thermoabsenteeism.Women aged 20-43 will be subjected to clinical trials.Apart from comparative testing, the problem of women’s birth will be analysed.An important element of the project will be research into imaging methods which enable it to determine the degree of cancer intrusion.An attempt will be made to develop a non-invasive method of classifying uterine tumours using spectroscopy and diffusion under the control of the RM.Technology development is:(1) Evaluation and improvement of the effectiveness of thermoablation by appropriate qualification of patients;2) Increased availability through the design of tools to enable the optimal alignment of the uterus;3) Improvement of patient safety by developing a method of differential treatment for cancer.The project was divided into:1) industrial research, mainly literature studies and epidemiological analysis, making it possible to see the results of previous studies and to develop a methodology for the treatment of patients for research;2) development, screening, treatment of spectroscopy and diffusion methods and clinical trials.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Głównym celem projektu jest przeprowadzenie kompleksowych badań dotyczących możliwości wykorzystania technologii wysokoskoncentrowanej wiązki ultradźwiękowej pod kontrolą rezonansu magnetycznego (RM), tzw. termoablacji, w terapii mięśniaków macicy. Przedmiotem projektu będą studia literaturowe oraz szczegółowa analiza epidemiologiczna. Dzięki tym pracom możliwe będzie kwalifikacja pacjentek do badań klinicznych porównujących metody tradycyjne i metodę termoablacji. Badaniami klinicznymi objęte zostaną kobiety w wieku 20-43 lata. Zakłada się, iż poza badaniami porównawczymi, analizowany będzie problem rodności kobiet po zabiegach. Ważnym elementem projektu będą badania nad metodami obrazowania umożliwiającymi określnie stopnia jej złośliwości zmiany nowotworowej. Podjęta zostanie próba opracowania nieinwazyjnej metody klasyfikacji nowotworów macicy, z wykorzystaniem spektroskopii i dyfuzji pod kontrolą RM. Rozwój technologii to: 1) Ocena i poprawa skuteczności termoablacji poprzez właściwe kwalifikowanie pacjentek; 2) Zwiększenie dostępności poprzez zaprojektowanie narzędzi umożliwiających optymalne ustawienie macicy; 3) Poprawa bezpieczeństwa pacjentek, poprzez wypracowanie metody różnicowania terapii ze względu na stopień złośliwości nowotworu. Projekt został podzielony na: 1) badania przemysłowe, głównie studia literaturowe i analiza epidemiologiczna, co umożliwi zapoznanie się z wynikami dotychczasowych badań oraz wypracowanie metody kwalifikowania pacjentek do badań; 2) prace rozwojowe, badania przesiewowe, kwalifikacja do zabiegu z wykorzystaniem metod spektroskopii i dyfuzji oraz badania kliniczne.
