The aim of the project is to develop the serial technology and the implementation for the production of transmission ADT (Accessory Drive Train) for the 1500G CI engine, the Airbus A220 propulsion.In order to achieve the fuel consumption savings and minimise carbon and nitrogen emissions expected by the manufacturer, it is necessary to optimise the parameters of the ADT and develop a technology to allow a significant increase in the density of the transmitted power at a reduced mass.This requires testing to refine the process of processing the body processing technology with a reduced mass and a lower wall thickness.The critical and key areas that require the development and improvement of the technology necessary for the generation of a new ADT transmission are:— the development of a methodology for the measurement of the geometry of the portion of unit machining operations that eliminates in-process control operations carried out on the measurement machine — development of parameters for cutting edge maintenance in a controlled area, — development of technology with a robotised edge at the edge of the gear, — the development of automated instruments to position details, offsetting the impact of residual stress and the process of the loss process.— construction of a system of acquisition, communication and collection of data from metrology systems, machinery, automation and robotics for multi-criteria analyses aimed at improving the quality of the final product and reducing the cost of production. in accordance with Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty(OJ L(EU L 187/1, 26.06.2014)) (English)

    Celem projektu jest opracowanie technologii seryjnego wytwarzania i wdrożenie do produkcji przekładni ADT (Accessory Drive Train) przeznaczonej dla silnika PW 1500G, napędu samolotu Airbus A220. Celem osiągnięcia oczekiwanych przez producenta samolotu oszczędności zużycia paliwa oraz zminimalizowania emisji związków węgla i azotu, konieczne jest zoptymalizowanie parametrów przekładni ADT i opracowanie technologii pozwalającej na znaczący wzrost gęstości przenoszonej mocy przy obniżonej masie. Wymaga to przeprowadzenia badań pozwalających na dopracowanie technologii obróbki korpusów o obniżonej masie i niższej grubości ścianek. Krytycznymi i kluczowymi obszarami, które wymagają opracowania i udoskonalenia technologii, niezbędnymi w procesie wytwarzania nowej przekładni ADT jest: - opracowanie metodologii pomiarowej geometrii części z wykorzystaniem centr obróbczych eliminującej operacje kontroli międzyoperacyjnej realizowane na maszynie pomiarowej, - opracowanie parametrów skrawania elementów pozwalających na utrzymanie deformacji w kontrolowanym zakresie, - opracowanie technologii zrobotyzowanego zatępiania krawędzi cienkościennych korpusów przekładni, - opracowanie zautomatyzowanych przyrządów pozycjonujących detale, kompensujących wpływ naprężeń szczątkowych i procesu obróbki ubytkowej. - budowa systemu akwizycji, komunikacji oraz zbierania danych z systemów metrologicznych, maszyn, układów automatyki i robotyki w celu analiz wielokryterialnych ukierunkowanych na poprawę jakości wyrobu finalnego i zmniejszenie kosztu wytwarzania. zgodnie z art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz.
