Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The aim of the project is to develop and develop prototypes of a typology of opto-electronic devices for ultra-high-speed laser refining used for the identification of devices in automated manufacturing processes.A universal platform will be designed for the new facility and its prototypes of three tagging devices, adapted to the needs of the identified target groups.On the basis of the project results, the applicant will start production and launch a product that is newly emerging on the international market.Market leaders compete among themselves by offering devices with similar performance.The design of a digital design of the marking/coding systems shall have unique parameters and features which are not currently in the offer of competition.The new generation of systems will be a breakthrough in the market, allowing them to be used in applications not yet available for this type of equipment.The essence of the novelty will be an unknown level of efficiency resulting from the reduction in the timing of marking/coding operations (by 40 %) and the increase in the capacity to repeat them (by 100 %).High productivity, friendly service, lower energy consumption and monitoring work to minimise downtime will allow new systems to be integrated into the fastest production lines in many industrial sectors.The objectives will be achieved through the implementation of the project, divided into 1 stages of industrial research and 3 stages of development.Each of them will be carried out in separate sub-actions subject to quantifiable verification for the most effective management of risk.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Celem projektu jest opracowanie i rozwój prototypów typoszeregu urządzeń optoelektronicznych do ultraszybkiej mikroobróbki laserowej, stosowanej w operacjach identyfikacji wyrobów w zautomatyzowanych procesach wytwarzania. Zaprojektowana zostanie uniwersalna platforma dla nowej linii urządzeń oraz bazujące na niej prototypy trzech urządzeń znakujących, zaadoptowane do potrzeb zidentyfikowanych grup docelowych. Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników projektu wnioskodawca rozpocznie produkcję i wdroży na rynek produkt cechujący się nowością w skali międzynarodowej. Liderzy rynku konkurują między sobą oferując urządzenia o zbliżonych parametrach użytkowych. Zaprojektowane w ramach projektu cyfrowe systemy znakujące/ kodujące będą posiadać unikatowe parametry i cechy, nie występujące obecnie w ofercie konkurencji. Nowa generacja systemów będzie stanowiła przełom na rynku, pozwalając na ich zastosowanie w aplikacjach niedostępnych do tej pory dla tego typu urządzeń. Istotą nowości będzie nieznany dotychczas poziom wydajności wynikający ze skrócenia czasu operacji znakowania/kodowania (o 40%) oraz ze wzrostu zdolności do ich powtarzania (o 100%). Wysoka wydajność, przyjazna obsługa, niższe zużycie energii oraz monitorowana praca minimalizująca czasy przestoju pozwolą na integrację nowych systemów z najszybszymi liniami produkcyjnymi występującymi w wielu sektorach przemysłu. Założone cele zostaną osiągnięte poprzez realizację prac w projekcie, podzielonych na 1 etap badań przemysłowych i 3 etapy prac rozwojowych. Podczas każdego z nich wykonywane będą wyodrębnione poddziałania podlegające mierzalnej weryfikacji dla najskuteczniejszego zarządzania ryzykiem. (Polish)
