Die Handwerkskammer Wiesbaden führt im BTZ Lahn-Dill "Arnold-Spruck-Haus" in Wetzlar die Modernisierung der Ausstattung und Baumaßnahmen durch. Neben der Anpassung der Ausstattung an die technische Entwicklung in dem Fachbereich Metalltechnik werden der Neubau einer beheizten Multifunktionshalle und einer unbeheizten Lagerhalle für die Kfz-Technik, die Erweiterung der überdachten Lagerfläche, der Einbau eines Gasbrennwertkessels und eines Blockheizkraftwerkes für das Internat, der Ersatz von Lüftungs-und Klimaanlage, die Schaffung eines gepflasterten Weges im Außenbereich für den Staplerverkehr und weitere kleine baulichen Maßnahmen durchgeführt.
