O presente projeto surge no seguimento do trabalho que tem vindo a ser efetuado pela EPN, ao longo dos anos, sendo mecanismo de resposta à situação socioprofissional do Concelho de Nordeste. Apostar na formação profissional é, pois, o mecanismo para ultrapassar, o isolamento e a, ainda, grande distância relativamente aos centros urbanos que provocam o êxodo rural e a consequente desertificação que se verificam neste concelho. The present project follows the work that has been carried out by the EPN over the years, being a mechanism of response to the socio-professional situation of the municipality of Northeast. Investing in vocational training is therefore the mechanism to overcome, isolation and still a great distance from the urban centres that cause the rural exodus and the consequent desertification in this municipality.
