O presente projeto surge no seguimento do trabalho que tem vindo a ser efetuado, ao longo dos anos, pela EPN sendo mecanismo de resposta à situação socioprofissional do Concelho de Nordeste. Apostar na formação profissional é pois o mecanismo para ultrapassar, o isolamento e a, ainda, grande distância relativamente aos centros urbanos que provocam o êxodo rural e a consequente desertificação que se verificam neste concelho. The present project follows the work that has been carried out over the years by the EPN as a response mechanism to the socio-professional situation of the municipality of Northeast. Investing in vocational training is therefore the mechanism to overcome, isolation and still great distance from the urban centres that cause the rural exodus and the consequent desertification in this municipality.
