A operação consiste na substituição de 2 autocarros para transporte urbano coletivo de passageiros a diesel por 2 autocarros elétricos. O Município de Bragança pretende, assim, assegurar a melhoria do seu desempenho ambiental bem como do serviço público. A ausência de renovação da frota traduzir-se-ia em taxas de imobilização mais elevadas, consumos energéticos superiores e, consequentemente, emissões mais elevadas de CO2 para a atmosfera. The operation consists of replacing 2 buses for public urban diesel passenger transport with 2 electric buses. The Municipality of Bragança thus aims to ensure the improvement of its environmental performance as well as the public service. The absence of fleet renewal would result in higher rates of immobilisation, higher energy consumption and, consequently, higher CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. (English)
