Projeto formativo suportado em UFCD, na componente tecnológica, disponibilizadas no CNQ, destinado a 1.050 formandos, desempregados de longa duração e desempregados não DLD, com habilitações inferiores ao ensino secundário, num total de 70 ações, com duração de 1.750 horas e volume de 26.250 horas.
