A operação integra uma estratégia de intervenção formativa que passa por um alinhamento entre as formulações programáticas dos cursos e os domínios de intervenção. Atendendo a este facto criaram-se três planos curriculares diferenciados, onde o peso das temáticas que visam o reforço da auto-estima e das temáticas empregabilidade foram os vectores diferenciadores. The operation integrates a formative intervention strategy that involves an alignment between the programmatic formulations of the courses and the areas of intervention. Given this fact, three different curricular plans were created, where the weight of the themes aimed at strengthening self-esteem and employability themes were the differentiating vectors.
