As ações desenvolvidas pela Santa Casa da Misericórdia no âmbito da Tipologia 3.01, têm como principal objectivo a inclusão de pessoas com deficiência no mercado normal de trabalho, fomentando a qualificação profissional destas pessoas. É um projeto inovador na medida em que promove a inserção social de um público em risco de exclusão, dando-lhe possíveis respostas que o mercado de trabalho, por si só, não possui. (Portuguese)

The actions developed by Santa Casa da Misericórdia under Typology 3.01 have as main objective the inclusion of people with disabilities in the normal labor market, fostering the professional qualification of these people. It is an innovative project in that it promotes the social inclusion of a public at risk of exclusion, giving them possible responses that the labour market alone does not have. (English)
