Dolival to Douro Olive Oil aims to create the DOP Douro Olive Oil Interpretative Centre, through the refunctionalisation of an old Azenha in Castedo-Alijó. Includes exhibition and information space of olive oil culture/production, tasting and sale, experimental cuisine and tasting space focusing on the Mediterranean Diet. It will be an area for information, memory, education, cooperation, innovation and tourism promotion of traditional products. (English)
